I had so many issues with ordering a new phone. My ordered would cancel almost as soon as I placed it. I spent several hours with customer service online with no help. Finally came into the store and Evan took care of us. Super easy. Evan was extremely helpful and I will only go into the store for orders going forward. Thank you for your help! Made my sons day!

The manager and employee should be fired. Trashed my phone and things on the phone I can't ever get back. And they never even said sorry.

Immediately had a representative come to me when I first walked into the store. I was very pleased with the professionalism, attitude and all around assisting me with any question I had. Pleasant experience.

Great service, left the store with my new phone and a tablet on order. Very satisfied, short 10 minute wait to be attended to - to be expected after 4pm on a weekday, and I was there for less than an hour.

I was first grumpy ? but things worked out...or at least seems to have-we shall see! But Evan was very understanding about my situation and was helpful! But I still don't love the Fold phone...LoL

Staff is great and very helpful until corporate has to get involved then they (Corporate ) doesn’t care. Has been 4 months to get credit owed from past employee who messed up account.

?Héctor ability to assist was fine. But ATT as a wireless service is the worst of all will never go back to ATT after I pay off my IPhone. Very disappointing, frustrating, disgusting and annoying to deal with ATT for any issues that as customer you may be facing. Will not recommend to anyone ATT wireless service.Justo R.

The guy was rude. He said he accidentally cancelled the order and then I waited for 30 minutes as he did something on his iPad. Then he came back to me saying he couldn't accept my id. Which was really annoying because the first thing I told him was that I recently had my wallet stolen but I had a picture of my id on my phone I was trading in. And I also had the card I made the online purchase with. It makes no sense that I can have it delivered to my house but I can't pick it up. Either way I know the guy messed up my order and lied and put it on the fact I didn't have my id. Then cancelled my order saying it was a glitch at first. Now I have to wait 3 days to get my money back. Ridiculous!
