“This is what car buying should be. We drove onto the lot to look at a used RAV4. My wife didn't care for that car, so they asked if she'd like to see something else... a Cadillac. We were definitely not in the market for a Cadillac, but my wife loved the vehicle. We had a preapproval with Capital One and they took it; no questions asked. They didn't try to get me to shop the rate with a host of other lenders. The sales person looked it over and went to the back. I thought, "Here we go." But, no... all he did was bring us an itemization that matched CapOne nearly perfectly, then reran it to get it to match! They gave us what we needed on our trade and got us into a much nicer vehicle than we were looking for and stayed within our budget. The finance guy was actually a pleasure to speak with, and when we finished signing, this surreal buying experience was not over yet. As we walked out of his office, the entire staff clapped to celebrate my wife and her new car! As we walked around the corner, there was a large TV with a picture of the car and a message congratulating us on the purchase of the vehicle. In the midst of this, a gentleman came to shake our hand and introduced himself as the owner. Remember, we were on a Rav 4 budget. You would have thought we bought an $85K Cadillac. I've left a lot of dealerships feeling exhausted as if I'd just been through a fight. It's difficult to enjoy your new vehicle when that happens. It's exhausting. That is not the experience we had here. This was quick, easy, transparent, and literally celebratory!”

“Attempted to make an appointment with several Ford Dealerships. They were weeks out. If you know anything about cars, a lot of the time when you need work done, it's not something you can see into the future for and predict. I live in Burleson. This dealership got me right in and dealt with my issue in less than an hour. The staff and I spoke and had good conversation while they worked. They were friendly and kind in the service department. I always leave my dashcam running when I get serviced. The staff was courteous and responsible with my vehicle. I was having an awful case of the "Mondays". When I left I felt like it was a Friday after work. Totally refreshed. To compound the "Monday's", I realized I forgot my means to pay as I was checking out. I'm the idiot there. They educated me on FordPass points and I was able to cover my entire service and have a significant amount left over. I guess when I bought the Bronco, it came with a bunch of FordPass points. This was overall one of my favorite customer service experiences in any line of service. I will forgo Ft Worth and Burleson dealerships, which I've dealt with in the past and are not bad. Instead I will take the trip to Cleburne for their outstanding professionalism and personable attitudes toward customers. Shoutout Steve and Tamara in the service department!!”
