“Locally owned and operated - Bobby was amazing for my family’s vehicle needs recently! You can sense his loyalty to his community and his appreciation for all his customers immediately! He also takes extra time to remember faces and names compared to many modern day spots! We purchased an alternator through his shop! Thank you Bob’s Auto Supply!”

“Cooks Collusion took very good care of my car. Very nice people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. The driver side of my car was peppered by hail while it was at a dealership. It looks so good now and you can't even tell it was ever damaged!!! They handled all of my insurance dealings!! Love Walther, sweet baby!!”

“Brought in my Camry with a difficult fix. The insurance company said it was a total loss but we're not offering enough money to replace it. I took the keep the car option. Richards was able to fix my Camry for the repair money. The work is exceptional considering the repairs needed. I would highly recommend this paint and body shop. I disagree with the negative reviews. Getting oem parts in a timely manner is a issue for any body shop depending on the make and model of the vehicle. I wanted my car repaired correctly, not fast. Progressive Insurance is not your friend.”

“Melony was great! Did a great job explaining the process to us.After making a deal on a camper her and her team allowed us to change our plans and helped everything go smoothly. She continues to answer any questions we have even if she doesn’t know the answer immediately. Very friendly, up front and honest. Would recommend Fun Town RV in Cleburne and Melony to anyone interested in a camper. Thanks Fun Town Rv.”

“Normally I avoid this store at all cost because of the employees. They make tou feel like your a hindrance or a problem when you walk in. Well today I walk in and was instantly welcomed and greeted by Alejandro and then by a guy named Noah. They made the place feel welcoming and actually assisted with a smile and positive energy I wish they would be day shift during week days. I think that would help with the negative reviews, this is coming from a buisness owner who has a commercial account. Treating customers as actuall people and not a annoyance is a big jump.”

“We brought in a 2017 Corolla with moderate front end damage. Bill was very descriptive on what he would be doing to it. Once parts arrived, they were painted, then installed. He kept us up on his progress but he had it back to us in a very reasonable period. The whole front end looked brand new. Paint matched the rest of the car and everything worked. I was very impressed with his work ethic, quality, and timleyness. He spent the time and made it right. I highly recommend him. Thanks Bill!”

“Attempted to make an appointment with several Ford Dealerships. They were weeks out. If you know anything about cars, a lot of the time when you need work done, it's not something you can see into the future for and predict. I live in Burleson. This dealership got me right in and dealt with my issue in less than an hour. The staff and I spoke and had good conversation while they worked. They were friendly and kind in the service department. I always leave my dashcam running when I get serviced. The staff was courteous and responsible with my vehicle. I was having an awful case of the "Mondays". When I left I felt like it was a Friday after work. Totally refreshed. To compound the "Monday's", I realized I forgot my means to pay as I was checking out. I'm the idiot there. They educated me on FordPass points and I was able to cover my entire service and have a significant amount left over. I guess when I bought the Bronco, it came with a bunch of FordPass points. This was overall one of my favorite customer service experiences in any line of service. I will forgo Ft Worth and Burleson dealerships, which I've dealt with in the past and are not bad. Instead I will take the trip to Cleburne for their outstanding professionalism and personable attitudes toward customers. Shoutout Steve and Tamara in the service department!!”

“I got here at 8am sharp on a Monday to attempt an oil change done in a reasonable amount of time. They didn't even start the oil change until 59 minutes later. It took all of an hour and 55 minutes to drain 6 quarts of oil and refill it. Totally unacceptable! Update: The service time was perfectly adequate for the oil change today. Management is doing well.”
