I called Jay, he immediately drove 15 miles with a car hauler and picked it up. He diligently diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and drove 15 miles again to deliver the car, at no cost to me. In an age of computers, automated phone systems, and virtually no true customer service, my experience with Jay has been reminiscent of the good ole days. Good folks! I highly recommend Jay's Auto!”

“Had a small (maybe 1”) dent repaired here from someone hitting me pulling into or out of a parking spot. Can’t even tell it was there AT ALL! I am so impressed.
