“This Cleburne Branch was so great to assist me today! Even though the system was down they offered to hand write me a receipt and stated the deposit would be made as soon as the system was working again. I ended up coming to this location bc the Keene branch was so rude and offered zero assistance to the system being down. Not sure how the Keene Branch remains open. They have horrible customer service.The Cleburne Branch has earned my business from now on.”

The one in Burleson refused the cash a check from my own mother days before Christmas then acted like they did me a big favor cashing it after I ended up having to embarrass myself and act a fool. They also informed me that the Burleson location didn't have a branch manager. I go to the cleburne location I refuse to go back to the Burleson location cause they like to humiliate poor people and treat you like they're doing a charitable act by giving you your own money.”

“I went there Saturday morning. I had about 15 business deposits and needed a coin order. The lobby was packed due to the fact it's Saturday and their only open for 3 hours. My teller, Abby I think her name was. She was very patient, friendly and effective. I have been to the other locations with similar big orders during the weekdays and I have not received as good of service I wanted to say thank you Abby.”
