“The cleburne location is very nice and has great service. The one in Burleson refused the cash a check from my own mother days before Christmas then acted like they did me a big favor cashing it after I ended up having to embarrass myself and act a fool. They also informed me that the Burleson location didn't have a branch manager. I go to the cleburne location I refuse to go back to the Burleson location cause they like to humiliate poor people and treat you like they're doing a charitable act by giving you your own money.”

I recently visited a couple of your locations and had quite different interactions. Initially, I stopped by the Burleson branch, and to be honest, I had a bit of a difficult time there. The person assisting me wasn't very helpful, which was a little frustrating.
Because of that experience, I decided to try my luck at the Cleburne location instead, and I'm so glad I did! The lady who helped me there was absolutely fantastic – truly a wonderful and incredibly kind person. She made my visit so much better. I just wanted to pass along a huge compliment for her.
