I showed up 20 minutes before closing time and I just need some work boots and the doors were locked drove 45 min to get there and find the door locked 20 minutes before closing time posted online… hope someone see’s this Ridiculous

Phyllis and the other lady that works there did not catch her name or wonderful. Miss Phyllis helped my mom pick out some clothes for a rodeo awards banquet. Great job ladies, and we appreciate you!!

Great typical “cowboy” shop. Boots, hats, belts, clothes. You can find everything here at reasonable prices.

I love this Boot Barn location! The employees are so helpful! One in particular has always helped me find what I needed for my boots and the correct hat. She also does a wonderful job at shaping my hat. I always enjoy visiting with them when I come to the store. They are so helpful with everything! They have wonderful boots and merchandise and I love coming to this store! I am so glad that Cleburne has a Boot Barn! If I could give 200 stars, I would!

Felt like I was being watched the whole time I was in the store. How am I supposed to find the stuff that fits me when the lady is worried about the clothes being disorganized the whole time !!! We were very organized on putting things back on the shelf where they came from and folded them back she came up to me and my husband and said let’s not disorganized everything!! They have a whole bunch of different shirts with different sizes folded on top of each other like how am I supposed to find something that fits me? And I asked her how are you supposed to find what fits you if you don’t remove one off the shelf at a time she said well usually that’s why somebody’s here to help you! She was just very Intruding and annoying. Hopefully they get better staff cause that may be the last time I go in there.

Incompetent staff, no one seems to know anything and fyi Boot Barn staff, when someone special orders a Christmas present for someone and they come in because it didn't fit you do not put the refund back on the purchasers credit card so that the person walks out of the store with no gift or anything. My advice is to educate your staff so that when people ask questions about merchandise, someone actually knows something. Maybe also educate the checkers too while you are at it. Maybe someone will read this and bring a Cavender's to Cleburne!!
