“All around awesome! My brother first went to Runnels for his 1990s truck… now I went and Mr.Billy helped me in every detail. He answered all my questions and Runnels kept in quick & easy communication with me over the phone.
I had never dealt with my windshield before but I had a huge crack over half of my windshield. I called about a week and half ago and spoke with Billy. He helped me understand the difference of using insurance or not and what the price would be after searching my VIN # of my car. He advised me to go the cash route instead of card (because of extra fees), which I really appreciated.
The day of, I brought my car in the morning, then came back later to pickup and they were so quick with giving my keys back and leaving me with instructions on aftercare for the first week. Simple and easy. Honest and clear. Would 100% recommend and go again when I need to. Precious family running this small business. Thank you guys!!”

“Brought in my Camry with a difficult fix. The insurance company said it was a total loss but we're not offering enough money to replace it. I took the keep the car option. Richards was able to fix my Camry for the repair money. The work is exceptional considering the repairs needed. I would highly recommend this paint and body shop. I disagree with the negative reviews. Getting oem parts in a timely manner is a issue for any body shop depending on the make and model of the vehicle. I wanted my car repaired correctly, not fast. Progressive Insurance is not your friend.”
