I would also like to give management and financial services Robert a star rating. I live 2 hours from the dealership and will drive from McKinney to Cleburne to shop with them for my next vehicle. The entire staff is awesome!

Fantastic from the first phone contact! I reside over 100 miles away but Cleburne Ford had the exact truck I wanted according to the Ford web site. I called Cleburne Ford and reached Joe, my sales contact, who responded immediately to all my questions and confirmed the truck I wanted was still on their lot and confirmed the advertised sales price.Joe arraigned for me to come in the next day to complete the sale and it was a seamless transaction, NO SUPRISES! Everything was exactly as Joe has said over the phone. (Several weeks earlier I had attempted to buy from a different dealer only to find they added several thousand dollars to the advertised price and then low balled my trade.) As I drove into the dealership Joe recognized my old truck and met me in the parking lot. My new truck had already gone through make ready and was waiting for the papers to be signed.I highly recommend Cleburne Ford to anyone who wants an honest deal and to be treated as family as opposed to another paycheck. The President, Bobby de la Garza, even made time to come out and personally thank me for driving 100 + miles to make this purchase. This is a family owned dealership with true Christian beliefs that is evident through the entire sales process.Thank you, Bobby, Joe and the entire Cleburne Ford staff for a warm and honest sales experience.

Straight forward process in purchasing a vehicle. No hassle and no pressure just accommodating. I told them my expectations and they responded in kind. I had limited time and they responded as you would expect someone who appreciates their customer.

After multiple unanswered phone calls, being put on hold and no one ever returning and visits to a couple of the big Ford dealerships in Tarrant County, we finally contacted Cleburne Ford about repairing our truck. They were efficient, courteous and helpful. When the other guys were telling us to leave our truck but they would not even look at it for 5-7 days, much less repair it, Cleburne Ford completed the repairs in two days. Every staff member we had contact with was just great! Make the drive! It’s worth it!

My wife picked up our car from service and spending $1300 for rodent damage. Was not allowed to speak with mechanic as to prevent future damage or physical location of parts replaced. The service writer was not able to shed any light on parts location either. I would think this is unacceptable customer service. Certainly tarnished my opinion of Cleburne Ford.

We just bought a new Ford Expedition from Cleburne Ford and had probably the best car buying experience we have ever had. First, the vehicle was priced better than any other place I could find. We live in the Houston area and had a search radius of around 400 miles and only one of other dealer had a comparable price but they also tried to sneak in about $3000 in additional fees. That brings me to the second point, while the other dealer we were looking at buying from charged around $2,800 in non-advertised pre delivery inspection fees, Cleburne Ford had no surprise fees that finance sprang on us. Third, not only did Cleburne Ford not spring extra fees on us, they also surprised us with a $2,000 Ford Loyalty rebate we did not even know we qualified for. Fourth, since we were located around 240 miles from Cleburne we conducted the whole transaction over the phone and email which was super convenient since we were tied up with summer travel plans. Our salesman Mark Powell went above and beyond by delivering our new Expedition to our house in Houston and completing all the paperwork in our dining room since we were unable to find time to get to Cleburne. He spent about 1.5 hours with us going over all the features of the vehicle and then he drove our trade back to Cleburne. I literally have nothing bad to say about our experience and I will definitely be giving Cleburne Ford first priority when it comes to our next vehicle.

Didn’t have the truck the way I wanted it in stock but found one locally and I picked it up the next day. The whole process was easy from start to finish. I’ll definitely keep buying from them.

Do the previous owner of f my truck took it in because the radio , gps, screen went out and they told him they replaced part BUT they didn't . After I purchased truck it went out again the first week so they said bring it In And leave it and they they would check it and get it fixed . Well 4 days later truck hadn't even been touched and I was going out of town so went and picked up my truck . You know you get spoiled to having stereo and gps so I googled the issue and it said to disconnect the negative battery cable for 30 mins and that fixed it . But I still want it fixed correctly especially since it is under warranty. Took my truck back in got a loaner and they had my truck for approximately 10 days , they didn't start checking it out still the last 3 days . Part was ordered and bam in an hours time it was fixed . I made numerous calls and finally spoke with Steven finstad to get the ball rolling .Apparently they don't like selling trucks to awfully bad because we wanted to buy the truck I was driving but their salesman mark wouldn't call me back till Steven got back to him . They didn't want to give me crap for my trade in that only had 10k miles in it .Well back ti gmc we go where we get great service and great trade in prices .

We went to buy a car Monday. Found the perfect car, made the deal, did the paperwork, they were going to do a full service this morning (Wed...because they were closed for July 4th) and we were going to pick it up. Just received a call that...oh sorry...we sold it. Pretty poor business practice. I am so mad I am crying.Edit: The manager reached out and apologized for selling the car. He says that it was made very clear that if someone came in and wanted to buy that night, they would sell it. I was under the impression that the car would be ours for purchase Wed morning. Communication lines crossed somewhere. I am still quite unhappy. I appreciate the reach out, though. Our salesman also expressed his apologies. It still doesn't change the fact that we are completely disappointed in this deal that never happened.Treat people how you would like to be treated.

Had started a deal on a vehicle and was told it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday and to come back and finish the sale. Was headed to the dealership and on the way got a call saying the sold the vehicle. Very disheartening and upsetting.

Go see Laura in service! She is hands down AMAZING! I have been in the service industry for 8 years and I seriously have never had anyone update me constantly like she has! She stays on top of things!
