Bad place to rent from, never answer calls or return them, to busy with there kid to control a business, sold units and didn't ask if there was anything private to be returned, still waiting on mom and dad's ashes to be returned, sold copies of cdgs karaoke, a federal offense, instead of returning to the owners, find another place to rent people.

I am a 6 month customer.The storage facility is clean, well lit, and I have witnessed no insect or rodent issues.The staff is attentive and friendly.Although this storage facility is not the newest in the area, it is very well maintained.I recommend Cleburne Mini Storage to anyone in need of a storage unit.

Terrible place to store anything. Unit was not clean when we moved our stuff in. Moved out 2 months ago and am still being billed monthly. Each time I call, they tell me that they will move me out of the system. Ok well it should have been done two months ago the first time I called. I will be speaking to my lawyer about this matter and getting my money back for the time I was not there.
