Donna was amazing. Loved her to death. I rushed to return the truck for one called Patty. She sang my praises and thanked me. I felt good, she felt good, all was well. Well, Ms. Patty threw on some bogus gas charges and then told me to call Uhaul. My husband is going overseas soon, on orders, and moving us home has been very stressful. Why add to the stress of moving with extra charges? Do you receive some sort of commission for all the write up you perform?

Reserved a Uhaul, was told by uhaul we could pick up at 9am, my husband and son went to pick it up and the sign said 10am, which was fine we know hours are changing for many companies due to COVID, they left came back at 9:45 and saw a woman there, my husband told her he was there to pick up a uhaul and the lady said very rudely, she was busy and they didn't open until 10, my husband goes back to his car at 10 a man walked in the building, so my husband got out and went in, the lady again was rude and said they only let one person in at a time, which is fine, but twice she was very rude to him, so he left called uhaul and had the reservation moved to a different pick up point. Needless to say we won't be back, this was our first experience with them and will be the last.
