Horrible drive thru experience. Sat in line for 20 minutes. I, along with everyone else had to repeat our names and DOBs numerous times. Had to practically scream everything. The kid working the drive thru needs proper training and better listening skills.

I have always received good customer service from various CVS pharmacies in the Dallas area for over a decade. However I recently moved to Cleburne and have been stunned by the rude and unhelpful attitudes of CVS staff on West Henderson both by phone and in person. In my most recent contact with the pharmacist, I was interrupted, lectured, and given sarcastic, rude unhelpful responses to my questions. He clearly indicated my call was keeping him from more important duties. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

The attitude and arrogance of the employees today would make me NEVER recommend a CVS ever again! I sincerely hope management takes this seriously.

Very disappointed with COVID testing. There is no sign saying you have to be in the window lane. Waited for 10 minutes told to go to the other line. Waited 15 minutes to be told that I have to have the confirmation code (not stated as required any where). She knew my name and had both my insurance and ID info as part of the registration. Told I would have to come back. All this unfolded during lunch. Now in line 15 minutes to meet a 5:00 deadline from CVS. 5 cars ahead of me😂😂

Love calling 4 days after you received my baby's prescription only to find out you haven't even ordered yet. Would give you credit because of current situations but this is 3rd time you've done it in 6 months. Pathetic pharmacy.

There is more than 6 car in the line not moving for 20 minutes.

Some of tge staff members have been at that store for 20 years. Great service. High prescription costs, however, try H-E-B.

Not a welcoming store, as in appearance. The pharmasict was rude which shocked me but pharmacy staff are great though. Will be looking to transfer perscriptions somewhere else. When I ask for a consult on a prescription I know nothing of, heard nightmares about the medicine & I get a rude response, not good!
