I usually get decent service here but there is currently a man working there who is soon lazy and not customer oriented. My husband switched pharmacies as did I because the man said we no longer take bcbs. So I been telling everyone they no longer take any bcbs. Today my son in law got his 2024 bcbs cards which show cvs as pharmacy, so I called and get the same guy. I ask do u take bcbs, he says no. Then I say none of them? He says we do take some. He just doesn't care!!!!

They used to be good about honoring coupons.I went into the store with a $3.00 off MFC coupon for a particular item. I made sure the item was not one of the exclusion products for this coupon. Well the register would not accept it. It gave no reason why the coupon was rejected either? The cashier came over, tried ringing it up again, read the coupon for the exclusions, which this item was not part of, yet she would not override the system to give me the $3.00 discount. I told her she could keep it & walked out. Come to find out, CVS had an identical coupon for the same item, but it only offered a $1.00 off. How convenient to only honor their less discounted coupon.

They sent me home with my 4 month old daughter's antibiotics without mixing it. Would not have been an issue if they would at least answer their phone and tell me if I can fix it at home or not. Got back to get it mixed and can clearly hear and see they do not care to even acknowledge the phones.

I lost cash inside the drive thru outer lane transporter and the pharmacy worker said there's nothing they can do about it. They told me I could speak to the pharmacy manager but they don't have one currently. They also said they can't call the transporter company unless it breaks down. Frustrating to say the least.

Tasha helped me out even though I got frustrated and started to raise my voice a little. (I apologized and let her know I wasn't angry with her, just at the situation) She could have told me there was nothing she could do and left it at that, but she remained polite and found a way to fill my order. Thank you, Tasha, for not taking my stressed out rant personally and doing everything you could do to help me!

Yikes call the Pharmacy number sent thru text and after countless AI questions a person gets on the line who shouts push the pharmacy button and hangs up. No wonder we usually use HEB or Kroger pharmacy. Poor poor customer service.

I went through drive thru to put several RX's, including my own. Gave my BCBS PPO insurance card upon returned to pick up the RXI was charged $20 for mine. I paid it. I get home and realize my RX should be $5I call CVS PHARMACY. I explain what transpired. The young lady told me "CVS does not accept the BCBS PPO plan I have because the insurance originates from a state other than Texas, and they ARE NOT IN NETWORK.That made no logical sense. The insurance is through the same employer we've had for many years. I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager. She rather indignantly said "I AM THE PHARMACY MANAGER!" I thanked her and called BCBS. They were as surprised as I was to hear CVS wasn't contracted with BCBS. My insurance provider contacted CVS pharmacy manager to explain how they ARE ABSOLUTELY in the BCBS network. Asked that she process the RX correctly and refund my $15.Sadly I went to the drive thru to get my refund. I was very unpleasantly tild I have to come inside to get a refund?Let's see... CVS MADE THE ERROR AT THE DRIVE THRU. BUT I HAVE TO BE INCONVIENCED FURTHER in order to correct the error CVS made? In order to get what I should have received on both the original and 2nd visit I have to be made uncomfortable in order to do business with CVS and be made whole?Customer service is STILL PARAMOUNT! Businesses cannot treat customers poorly and expect them to continue to keep giving our hard earned money only to be mistreated over and over again without remorse or recourse. It's not okay.CVS management this is your opportunity to make it right. If CVS does/doesn't respond I will update my review accordingly.

Everytime we come here the pharmacy says something different it takes (at minimum) 30 minutes to get in and out of this place, going through the drive thru? Nope they will send you around to come inside EVERYTIME even if it's a simple pick up after waiting in the line. Need a prescription? call it in? Too bad it's not done yet you're going to wait even though you submitted it HOURS ago. Horrible experience here every time. Don't waste your time using them for their pharmacy.
