UPDATE
After this posting i was contacted and the product was quicly shipped out the next day, i have had sometime now during season to try the windows and they are everything i could have asked for.
***This review is based off the customer service only since I have not recieved my order and thus can not rate the product!***
I placed an order on sep 22nd but since it was late at the time, i have been using the 23rd as the start date. I received my purchase order recipt on the 22nd with out a delievery date or anything so i contacted the sales email on sept 29th to see if there was an eta time line. The response i recieved was that it takes 3-4 weeks then i would recieve an email with a tracking number for shipping.
I waited for the 4 weeks to pass, (Then sent an email using the link on the website) the following weekend sat asking if i could get an update and if i would recieve my windows by the next weekend, I never got a response back to that email.
I waited tell monday with not hearing anything back, I called and left a voicemail at around noon eastern time asking about my order since it was 6 weeks the next day and i had not heard anything.
I left my order number, my name and phone number as well as a detaileted reason for the call like asked in the automated message.
I have not recieved any cumminication since sept 29th, as of this post Thursday 11/6/2025 at 5:32 pm est.

Fine products and strong customer service. I've been using their windows for years and my friends use them too.
A recent strong wind knocked over one of our stands causing minor damage to a window. I was able to repair the window using small parts sent to me from Deerview. Hassle free. Good customer service.

I ordered and paid for six hinged windows on Sept. 11, 2025. I was told 4 weeks for a special order. I have made phone calls and sent emails with no response from the company. My last phone call advised they would not accept my call. I have ordered windows before and was very satisfied. I am very disappointed in the customer service. Not sure if I will ever go this route again!
Update:
Just received my windows by FedEx , after I filed a dispute and cancelled my order through my Mastercard. I will be sending these back to you, and getting back my money. You did not leave me a voicemail, you haven’t answered any of my phone calls or emails. It has been 7 weeks and nothing from your company. I already ordered new windows from zero 4 outdoors, and had to resize my windows last week, right after posting this review, because you would even give me a courtesy update, until I posted review. Hopefully people will understand that integrity in business means something, you don’t have it.

I cannot attest to the quality of the product. But I can attest to rhe quality of customer service i have received. I put my order in for custom windows on Aug. 22nd, 2025. I was originally told they had a 3 week lead time, which i was fine with. I was expecting 4-6 weeks, strictly based on their website. Payment was taken that day, and I had to send a response email on September 11th to recieve an invoice. The invoice contained no tracking or shipping numbers correlating to my order. I was then told they would be sent out for delivery at the end of the week of September 22nd. I have reached out once more for a tracking number and have received radio silence and no response to the voicemail I left on Oct 10th. The windows have still yet to arrive and I have no information on if they've even been shipped yet. I chose this company based on reviews and ease of install. But I will have to buy 5 more windows from a store and hope that they will work for me.

Their products are high quality and they stand behind them . Their customer service is Fantastic.
I ordered windows , and one arrived broken from shipping. I contacted their sales team on a Sunday, and first thing Monday, they told me my replacement window was shipping out and I would receive it in 3 days. Unbelievable!
Would 100% buy from them again and tell everyone I know to do the same!
