Just awful I have stayed there twice the entire property is run down there’s roaches and the bed sheets were dirty still! The staff is unfriendly and the second time was just as bad the ac unit didn’t even work in the room I would not suggest this place ?

The bedspreads weren't spotlessly clean, but ok - then we pulled the covers off both beds and saw the sheets. Huge YELLOW and black spots all over both beds!! (With normal sleeping inside you can't get a bed that dirty, even if 5 people have already slept inside before.)
(I don't know how well you can see it in the photo, it was too disgusting to look at on camera, after all it was the - only available - bed I was supposed to sleep in.)
At the time we thought it was still possible that it was a mistake (that someone without glasses forgot to change the sheets in the dark). But then the covers wouldn't be wrapped so neatly to make the bed look unused. And the landlord's reaction said the rest.
We asked for another room. Answer "No". We were then offered to have someone remake the bed. Fine by us. When no one came, we asked again because we only had a few hours left to sleep.
We were YELLED AT by the landlord.
Of course there was no apology, otherwise we would have labeled it as “unhappy”.
The landlord walked around our room the whole time talking on the phone very loudly (in an unknown language), so we didn't even have the opportunity to unpack the bathroom things.
Then a very young girl and a woman came, ignoring us and talking loudly among themselves. We then asked for 2 sheets and made the bed ourselves.
We wouldn't have stayed if everything within a radius of many kilometers hadn't been fully booked (due to a total solar eclipse), despite booking 5 months in advance.

Made us wait an hour out front before finally giving us a room then when we got to the room it was raining outside and the roof was leaking inside right beside the bed. Beds are super uncomfortable.. these people are very rude

It was roach-infested, and the person who was supposed to clean there didn't do a good job. Dirt is always on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom had holes in its walls. The bottom was very filthy and sloppy. It had black mold and dirt so thick that you couldn't see the color of the shower curtain. They will just come into our room when you're not here and search through your belongings. They will only knock on your door once, and if you fail to respond, they will use their key to open it. One time they just came in on me while I was changing my clothes. I reported the lack of batteries in the remote to the maid, but she only told me to go to the front desk. The fridge doesn't work and most of the plugs in the bathroom and kitchen area are faulty. I paid for a week, but I'm considering getting a refund for the next 5 days and moving to another place.

Unable to check in early. I booked a king size bed. Online. They were unable to find my reservation. Instead I checked in walk up. Asked if there was a king bed. Got to my room queen bed!!!! We all rooms have the same size bed. Per the third party on video chat. I WILL NOT EVER EVER BOOK a room here.Rooms: Don't book a room here

WORST Motel stay I have ever had! I work out of town and I planned 3 nights, but only stayed 1. The AC won’t cool, even though you put the temp down. They give you 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth. Don’t expect clean ones the next day. You can’t call the rooms or make calls, because their phone service does not work. The guy wanted to charge me $30 to check in 20 minutes before 2PM check in time. Unbelievable! I should have left right then! The pictures on the internet are old pics apparently. All I could think of while in bed was fear of getting bed bugs.

Required $30 “early check in fee (for 20 minutes early checkin) after driving from out of state. Refused to open office, so I stood outside in 110 degree weather while he took 10 min to look at my DL behind the counter.
AC did not cool room at all. Next day, housekeeping said she could not give me clean towels until I talked to manager. WTH? When I returned that night,
I took towels I had dried off with after shower the night before.
Manager told me to take them to the laundry at 9:40PM before I could get new towels. He said he gives out white towels and gets them back red or people steal them. I assured him I would not steal the (not so white towels), and he handed me 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels. I am an older lady wandering around a motel parking lot alone trying to find laundry at 9:45PM. I never did find it, and returned to my room. When I got in the room, I was astonished at the towels I had received! I did not use the disgusting towels.
I threw them in the pile with the other towels for housekeeping. When I checked out, I told the manager everything I just stated, and he said “ok.” That is not how you treat customers and will never stay there again.

Room service tried making me leave 5 hours before check out and when I didn't manager let him self in walks in my room and ask when iam leaving with a gopro in his hands. Ac dose not blow cold air. Ac is not Maintenance at all extremely dirty with black mold and black dust. Trash is behind bed. Smoke alarms is hanging on a wire. Phones in room do not work. Restrooms are extremely nasty looking. Rust all over Showers.Noteworthy details: Service is horrible. Expect your room to go gone through while. They will try to kick u out five hours before check out. Expect them to record you and your conversation with a gopro hard not to miss.
