I’ve lived in Cleburne my whole life and have stoped by this dollar general at least 2 a week but I had to share my experience of how terribly I was treated, they wasted my time when all these workers do is sit down and eat ramen and tell me I didn’t scan items and then be wrong at the end the employee that stopped me was (Jamie Thompson) not trying to be rude but in customer service so not being “ignorant” ? Little tip saying “hi can I help you” “hi how are you can I help you with those items” would probably bring someone’s attention instead of hiding behind the counters looking through a screen waiting for someone to look suspicious. Not being rude but it’s just common courtesy. ? I was yelled at, clapped at cussed out by grown as 45 year old women for defending myself, her name is (Monica Cvelina) btw.beware if you have any tattoos because they will discriminate your appearance ? but poor ladies wanted to play detective and ended up working at the dollar general but I’ll be damned if I have someone waste my time like they wasted mine. I’m 9 months along having to deal with this over chips and candy….. they also locked the door. At the end I had the final laugh after everything added up. Don’t recommend

As usual there is a very rude person there running the store this afternoon. Seems that is a prerequisite for working thereMy wife an several other stood a the register for a long time till they had call out to someone just to get checked out. And then the lady was rude and slammed all her stuff in the sack to show she was mad.This happened on 10/19/23 at about 2:00pm. Not that anything will be done. Seems that angry/rude people are all that works there. My advice, don’t shop there. Go to family dollar.

There is a very rude employee named Michelle that works there. I just witnessed her go off on an elderly lady because she wasn't doing her job at the counter and the woman has been waiting with the bell thing going off for a while. The woman said hello and then Michelle came storming up to the counter and said I am right here with an attitude and the woman said sorry I didn't see you and Michelle said yeah well you didn't have to yell. The woman said I didn't yell but ok. Such disrespect and such horrible service

This Dollar General has some of the rudest people and they don't try to help you out at all. I am boycotting this store and getting everyone I know to do the same. I will go all the way in town to the Dollar General there before I go to this one again. BOYCOTTING DG!!!!!!!

out of any dollar general location in this rude town the employees at this location are very courteous and they actually answer the phone! dollar general corporation should really acknowledge these things.go here for the better d.g shopping experience.

I accidentally left half of my items at the store in the evening. I tried to call, seems the store number doesn't work. The following day I went back after work, and Alyssa (one of the ladies who works there) saved my items and put them in a safe place. I appreciate her honesty. She was very friendly, helpful, cheerful too.?
