1st, I had a reservation for a suv i needed it because I have to use a wheelchairto get around. Then I was given an old truck that the power steering was going out and grinding brakes. They told me I could take it up to Firestone they have an account there. With my car in the shop, I didn't have time for their car that i am paying for to go in the shop. After more than a week in pain, they finally got a suv. I had to use the toll road 2 times. Then, my credit card was charged $61.42 for tolls that would normally be no more than 25.00. Not to mention on both cars, the tags were out. At one point I had asked for a supervisor and was told no one was available. Then after the change on my card I was given to the same gentleman that told me there was no supervisor available then said he was a supervisor.
I do understand that I am responsible for tolls but not at more than double the cost.

Terrible service. Called to rent a car. Response was; "We don't have any cars available but try again later."
Used to be a good company.

After using this location a couple times as it is local to us, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone. Had on hold then went to voicemail after several minutes. No voicemail set up.
When I did get through to them I asked for a different car as the one I was driving was much smaller that my normal, they said they would call me back in a couple hours when they had one dropped off. Never got a call back, and could not get ahold of them again.
I called our body shop we were using that is down the road to ask when my car would be ready since I was so dissatisfied with my rental and ready for my call back (our body shop is fantastic) after a conversation I was told that this enterprise in cleburne has had quite a few issues and I should call the Burleson one because one manager there used to manage cleburne and would help me right away. Luckily my car was ready before I could switch rentals and call Burleson.
On top of that I Was forgotten about and made late during a pickup from dropping my car off at the shop even after confirming the pickup multiple times.
And finally, When renting the company apparently changes policy’s without telling customers so they are not prepared when coming in for a rental with the correct documentation and card for file. My experience and what I needed to rent has changed every time I’ve been in there.
What should have been an easy experience was a headache the entire way. Go to Burleson enterprise instead. Or better yet. A different rental company.

After returning vehicle, my bill was adjusted and they end up taking $50 more than expected. Was on the phone several times and it just shows my deposit was more. But they couldn't come up with the original hill, I had it in hand. Will not rent a car from them again.

This place is horrible with customer service. They act more like a collection agency and will hound you every day about the car you rent even when its the other partys insurance that is paying the bill. Nothing like harassing the not at fault party even when they have the insurance company adjusters phone number and info.

I have had great customer service every time I get a car. Very professional and they always make sure I get picked up and dropped at home very promptly. I definitely will be using them in the future.
