Went in for a simple battery change. Lol we were all surprised when the car alarm lights and horn would not shut off after the new battery was installed. After 2 hours of frustration on both parties they were able to successfully get the alarm to stay off and my car now has a new battery! Thank you for working so diligently to get the issue resolved and my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.

A police officer let me know my back tail light was out so stopped in real quick to get it changed. I could tell they were really busy but the gentleman at the counter was able to help me right away, I believe his name was Dean but I could be mistaken and I apologize. Then Kelce was able to service our vehicle and was awesome, did a complete check over everything too and let me watch to learn how to change the bulb in the future. They barely charged me anything and we were in and out, really appreciate that, especially with 3 little ones in tow, Thanks again you guys!
