Why is the bank drive thru closed on Saturday? Website says the drive thru is supposed to be open until noon but they are closed today Nov 15th 2025.

Terrible business practices here. They denied an elderly man funds he tried pulling out of his account and he banks with them. I could tell the whole story but that would take a few pages. I've never would have believed a bank would deny someone access to there own funds. I saw this in person. What a wake up call.

I needed some cash. I’m aware that the bank on my card is nowhere around this area so I’m always prepared to pay a small fee. Usually the small fee is $3 or less. When I’m only asking for $20 that’s more than fair. In fact even if I wanted $200, $3 is fair. However this here institution wanted $4.95. When it asked if I was okay with thst I pressed the “hell no” button for my card and drive a couple miles down the road to a …. You guessed it $3 charge one. Thanks but no thanks. I am glad to know first financial is money hungry greedy fools.

The cleburne location is very nice and has great service. The one in Burleson refused the cash a check from my own mother days before Christmas then acted like they did me a big favor cashing it after I ended up having to embarrass myself and act a fool. They also informed me that the Burleson location didn't have a branch manager. I go to the cleburne location I refuse to go back to the Burleson location cause they like to humiliate poor people and treat you like they're doing a charitable act by giving you your own money.
