I haven't been in cleburne goodwill in 2 years ,I was accused of flipping tags on a clock whose tag had fallen off its felt bottom, that I had taken out of production basket. At checkout ,I was yelled at 5 times by Ruth, the production Mgr, inferring I switched tags ,found tag in production basket stuck to the side ,hailey, store mgr, wouldn't come out of her office as usual,to settle this. I went back 2 days latter to talk to hailey about Ruth's horrible behavior, hailey called thepolice rather than talk to me .police said I was forever banned and they would arrest me if I came back !!! I use to spend 2 to 3 hundred a month replacing things I lost in hurricane and buy collectibles. I called corporate office to talk to lost prevention officer and couldn't get through .too bad they lost me and 6 of my favorite shopping buddies,

Goodwill - Please review your management at the Cleburne, TX location. Their lack of professionalism, respect, bad attitude, and flat out rude behavior from the management team, in particular Hailey and Melanie, in my opinion, is not the type of people you want running your business.

From the outside looked small & uninviting but once inside I was pleasantly surprised to find a bright clean store stocked w/both new & used items. Was quickly greeted at the door & employees were quite friendly. I opted to leave store w/o purchase due to the long line of people checking out w/only.one employee on the register. So I fnd only two cons that can be corrected easily. Take employees off floor & train on registers. Secondly, lower some of the prices and have more items have the sale tags.

I love this location and the cashier Jax has so much charisma and is so funny! I just left with my mom and we have been going forever. Love this place, prices and inflation have gone up, but it's that way everywhere right now. Really appreciated the great customer service and kind words. Love this location. Special place in my heart.

I love going here. Angie is the sweetest ever and always says hi and calls you by your name. It's like walking into a friend's house. They keep the store very well organized and always have a smile on their face.

Got argued with by multiple “Managers” because an item I carried up to the front didn’t have a tag on it. I waited in the long line for the cashier to tell me it was already sold. I mentioned that it was misleading because there wasn’t a sign on it that said sold and the managers aggressively argued it wasn’t misleading. Practicality chased us out the door to tell us we were wrong and it wasn’t misleading.. like good God. Never been treated like that by multiple managers!

Could be a great place to shop. I was disappointed in the store this time. The hard goods are a mess all the time. There should be more time spent on the racks. Some clothing looks dilapidated on the hangars. Sizes all mixed up. Too much time spent in the back by employees, I'd like to see it look like a well run store not a thrift store.
