My accounts with Grandview, both business and personal, have been handled very professionally since the 1990's. I have had dealings with the Grandview branch as well as the Cleburne branch and am delighted a branch was opened in Joshua. All three branches have very personable employees and have handled any situations of mine with exceptional speed and care. I know my affairs are safe with Grandview, no matter the location.

Bad customer service, went in on a Friday 15 minutes before 5pm and was told by a male loan officer that they’re closing even though online for that location it says open until 6pm lobby. Wasn’t taken seriously. You’re better off looking somewhere else.

Horrible service I was trying to sell a truck that I had a loan through with them. I talked to someone new every time I finally went in person and was told by the loan officer that she would handle it to have the buyer reach out to her after multiple missed calls and messages never heard anything back lost the deal on my truck because of this won’t ever bank here again.

We have a business account with you guys, and I have a personal checking account with y'all. The ladies in the drive through are always very pleasant. Yesterday I went to deposit a check and didn't realize the lobby closed at 3, I also needed to pick up checks for the business. I was just asking Brenda if I could just pick them up the next day in the front. She met me at the door to save me a trip the next day. She didn't have to do that, it seems like a small thing but I really appreciated it!!!!!! Thank you Brenda, we love you!!!!!! KAT Electrical Services

terrible security and non existent customer service. fraud protection is a joke. Supervisor was not even trying for service, professional or otherwise and instead removed access to my money and suggested I pay them to use it by buying checks, gift cards or taking off work to come and get cash out. they pulled my atm card and allowed automatic checks with someone else's name on them come through due to their low security and then tried to charge me for stop payments and make me buy the checks and gift cards from them. I told them from beginning I was hacked (after I started using them for banking). Instead of closing the account or trying to assist with security their option is me spend money for access as I said above. My final line was when auto mix checks came through with a strange name having no other names but me on the account and they chose to pay them and charge me for checks and overdraft and stop payment when told them I didn't know the person. Then wanted to close and reopen and blamed it on me. the Checks should never have been allowed through security as the name was not listed in my account over $300 worth!!!

I had a terrible experience today with a man up front. Not the one at front desk. But he was rude and degrading in front of everyone there. No customer service. I have banked there 20 yrs. I've never seen him before. He continued to be rude to me in the main lobby. Almost as if to laugh at my problem. Arrogant man, he shouldn't be in customer service...

Got to be worst customer service bank I have ever walked in too. The poor young gentleman at the front desk looked as if he was scared to ask someone to help me, it took him two people to try and get someone to help me as they pond me on each other. As soon as I was able to sit down with someone the lady which is an older woman was very rude and would not help me and sent me away. I will never use this bank for my business or personal use EVER!!!

I want to start by saying Jackey Cody is great, she's always kind and answers any questions. This negative review does not reflect her 5 star service. However, today I had the unfortunate experience of talking to an older woman from the cleburne location that I had never spoken with before. As soon as I answered the call she was extremely rude. I told her I just had a couple of questions about some services they offer regarding mortgage and refinance. She immediately cut me off and demanded my social security number, I asked what for?( Since I'm just calling to get information on services.) She got really ugly with me and I had already told her I'd never used Grandview bank or any of their services. She continued to act like I was lying and then asked if my social was ****, which it wasn't mine. I told her no, that isn't my social, I have never banked with Grandview and I just had some questions about your mortgage service. She cut me off again, started arguing about the social security number of someone else, she was extremely rude and snappy with me. Everytime I tried to speak to ask my question she would cut me off and talk over me with a snide and snappy tone until I finally just gave up and said thank you & hung up just to end the conversation. She refused to answer any of my questions or give me any information about Grandview banks services. To be that angry and rude over me not wanting to give my social to her over the phone just to ask a simple question about their services was unbelievable and unprofessional.I don't know how anyone could do business with the awful woman that I spoke with today. Terrible, terrible behavior and zero customer service. The way she spoke to me is enough to make ANYONE leave that bank and never look back.

Great bank with friendly staff. We have been treated like family here. Small town banking at its finest. If your looking for a bank with a personal feel, look no further.

I’ve been banking with them for 5 years. Even bought my first car and paid it off in 3 years with them. Never missed a payment always kept a certain amount in the account. But I closed down an account and reopened a new one due to fraud 5 years ago, then recently the same thing happened. I put a stop payment, but they were allowing it to continue going through. So I decided to just close the account altogether. After closing it, they wouldn’t allow me to reopen a new one. Said I’ve had too much fraud on my account, gave me cash and basically said bye. I guess trying to open 2 new accounts in 5 years is frowned upon. Not my fault their stop payment didn’t work. Never got my money back for the fraudulent purchases either. -Emily Stephens
