The woman who cut my sons hair did a great job and got him tobehave very well. However another emoployee spoke about something personal. We are currently building a lawsuit on the subject. Not a great or proffessional look from great clips. I do not intend to hold great clips liable but its probably a good idea to no leave yourself or your company open too things like that. By spreading lies or misinformation. Dark haired skinny white woman is the one responsible. The blonde woman did an amazing job with my son. Not her fault at all.

She gave me a jellyfish hair cut instead of a layered long wolf cut. Gonna have to cut my hair into a bob to fix this since she thinned out my lower layer. The manager also cut my sisters hair and messed it up.

Literally the worst haircut I've ever gotten, and I've gotten pretty bad cuts. Do not let ANYONE other than the lady with the pixie cut your hair. The manager cut my hair, and it is very obvious she messed up, and instead of stopping, she just kept cutting. My hair is so short I can't even have anyone fix it, I'm just going to have to let it grow out. Called and spoke to the manager, and she just apologized and hung up. Not even a sincere apology. Just don't go here.

Easy to book appointments, the facility is always clean and the staff are friendly and professional. My haircut is always consistent.

I've been using the Cleburne location adjacent to Walmart for the last four years and they always do a nice job. If you check in online there is never a long wait. My hair is turning gray and loose and the girl that cuts it has found a way to make it look good!

It was a horrible experience! When I asked for the phone number or email of the owner, I was told that she doesn't have one. I will never go back there!

Absolutely horrible job. I was just there. I asked for face framing bangs and I came out looking like Elmer Fud. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted for bangs. After she was done. She stated she wasn't good at cutting bangs. Should of told me that before she did my hair! I'm sitting here crying in my car cause I can barely put the bangs up in clips, so my hair looks decent. Called and asked for a refund. Said they 'll get back to me.
Absolutely horrible service. Will never go back.
