If I could give zero stars I would. This location is nothing but a huge joke and a disgrace and garbage. Horrible customer service and staff. The prices are high and they always leave their red carts unattended and they are rude and hateful. I highly recommend anyone not to shop here or use the pharmacy

I would give zero stars if possible. I transferred my prescriptions from another pharmacy and H.E.B. shows that I had them filled on the day I had them transferred. I am a stroke survivor and am on SEVERAL medications to survive. I called my previous pharmacy and they filled the prescriptions I need and are transferring all my prescriptions back to them. I will NEVER use H.E.B. in Cleburne again. NEVER

The people in the pharmacy at HEB in Cleburne have been taking care of me ever since that store opened I don't even know how long ago it's been now but they have helped me through thick and thin and I think they all need another raise at least. I believe they're worth more than a five-star rating.

I’ve used probably every pharmacy company. So far, HEB has not disappointed me. I have a medication that most of the time at other pharmacies, I have a hard time getting a hold of and it takes forever to get. Here, I receive that medication like all my other medications. Fast and quickly.Whenever I have a question and need to call, I have never had to wait to hear a technician answer my call. They are always on top of it. Not to mention the staff is kind and friendly. Thank you HEB!

If you’re paying with cash, don’t ever expect generic prices. HEB Pharmacy likes to claim there’s no generic version at the window after they’ve already told you there is “& gave price” over the phone.!

The pharmacy is always very quick, even on more unique prescriptions. Staff is pleasant over the phone and does their best to accommodate every request expeditiously.You can also go through their drive-thru, but it's usually faster to go straight into the pharmacy department.
