My homeowner's coverage renewal saw a 77% increase this year. Belinda Grantges of Harmon Insurance Agency provided excellent advice and direction on improving our situation.
Upon installing a roof using Class 4 material, Belinda Grantges of Harmon Insurance Agency, with the certificate for the Class 4 material, was able to attain quality homeowners coverage for us with only a 3.5% increase in cost from my current rate and a reduction in wind/hail deductible from 3% to 2%. The savings between the renewal and the final rate covered the upgrade over typical roofing material in the first year.
Working with people who care about solving problems and trying to see things to a successful conclusion is excellent.
