The teller was unwelcoming when helping me locate documents and I felt very uncomfortable and out of place. I banked here when it was Community Bank for 10 years and it has gone downhill since.

Literally the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of banking with. I will never ever recommend this bank or any other branch to any company or personal friend I know. An evaluation of employees needs to be done. Maybe more education in the banking and customer service field are needed. Thoroughly disappointed every single time I've had an interaction with this branch. After 20 years of banking with you, I will be moving all of my accounts to another bank.

Husband always has issues with bank trying to cash his check. If 2 types of Identifications are required to be shown at time of cashing check and they are given then why not just cash it instead of giving people a hassle!

Worst bank I have ever delt with. Failed to issue cards when they bought out Northstar. Do not have temp cards and cannot issue a new one (debit card)at any branch! Asked how I should access money and there answer? "Your welcome to withdraw up to the daily limit". Customer service horrible. Expect drive through waits of up to ten minutes even if your the only one. I have a business account up there too and it is even worse. Some people I've spoke with lost there entire balance because there account didn't transfer with the change.

Nice bank nice employees
