10/10 service! They updated me 2 times a week while it was in the shop and had 0 issues with the work they did! It was my first insurance claim and they did all the work for me with the insurance and the rental! My car looks beautiful.

The repairs were done exactly when they said it would be, customer service was fantastic my car came back beautiful and very clean. My only complaint is the total expense ended up almost double that of the original quote.

No timeline was given to me. My car stayed there for 4 weeks for 2 small dents and a scratch. They did call twice a week but the same information was given to me for over 2 weeks. After my car being there for 3 weeks they still could not give me a completion’s day, week or year. I had to ask for the manager. He never came but the lady all of a sudden told me it would take another 9 days.
