My car looks nice, but I'm unable to drive it. Parking shift sensor is messed up, when I took it back I was told it was that way when I dropped it off. It wasn't. Also, car feels like it needs alignment.Update- Paid $300. To the mechanic to get a new shifter installed, and took it to an alignment shop to get the alignment done.

Car accidents are stressful and trying to figure out when and where to repair them are even more stressful. I am so impressed with the service and care I received at Joe Hudson’s Collision Repair. They were friendly, professional and even called me twice a week to give me updates on my JEEP so I knew each stage of the repair process. They finished my JEEP on the exact promise date and that’s never happened anywhere else. Thank you so much! Customer for life.

Waited two months after we made an appointment to call the day before and tell us they wouldn’t help us. Poor planning, poor customer service, poor employee retention, poor communication.

Honestly, if I could rate this place a zero, I would. I got my car back, at 5 pm on Friday, the 27th. They waited until close to call me and tell me my car is ready. I go, signed the paperwork and get my car. I get home, looked my car over, the work they did is pure trash. My car is lopsided, gapped, it was filthy inside, the pinstriping is peeling. And, I could go on, and on. I'm really upset about this, I really don't like giving bad reviews, but,this is absolutely unacceptable. I'm not happy at all. I don't even want my own car anymore. It's terrible. So, if you need work done on your car,please take it somewhere else.

Brought my vehicle in for an insurance claim and was told that my vehicle could be worked on and was given an appointment for a month later. I express my concerns with an insurance issue and was assured everything was okay. When I called to confirm the appointment a month later I was informed that that same insurance issue is preventing me from getting my vehicle fixed there. I have the check from the insurance and everything. I just needed to get fixed so that way I can give them payment but for whatever reason I guess they cannot do this. I waited a month for nothing and being a disabled veteran with back issues I have to climb in and out of my passenger side due to the damage on my vehicle causing the driver door not to open.This has not made my back happy and now I have to most likely wait another month plus and deal with the same issues. Totally not happy

If you have a car accident, insist that your car is taken to a dealership. I was run off the road over 4 months ago, and the latest from Joe Hudson's Collision Center (Cleburne, TX) today is that they won't have the last part for my car for almost two more weeks and that it will take them some time after that to complete repairs. Insurance coverage is only 30 days for rental cars, and they provide no loaners as my dealership does when repairs cannot be completed within 30 days. One of the other reasons I am so upset is that almost 4 weeks ago, they told me my car was going into paint the next day. The next week, the story turned into they were still waiting on a part and it couldn't go into paint until they had that part. I asked when they ordered the part, and they told me that it was ordered the day after we had last talked. It has been one excuse after another. I just believe that it has been one excuse after another and that the story has changed from week to week (when they actually answer the phone - their voicemail has been full for months), and I can't believe anything they tell me now. Just avoid Joe Hudson's!!!!!!!Services: Body & Trim

We took our car in to have the roof repainted and some minor damage repaired. The job was done ahead of scheduled, the paint matches perfectly and came in at the quoted price. I will use this shop from now on.

My daughter took her car here and was very unsatisfied. The work was done poorly and they did not blend the paint well. There was still smudges when we picked up the car. They forgot to shut the hood properly so it almost flew up on my daughter driving down the road. Disappointed with the outcome.Services: Body & Trim
