Would I recommend this store, for certain things I would. The prices here are always way more than the budget box stores. Even with their discount card that requires purchasing multiple of the same items to get a discount or price break. This store look crazy old and outdated. Produce section is fairly small, but they do have single items of several veggies rather than selling only bulk or bagged items only. The meat is usually good, less fat in the meat as opposed to the store across the street, and when it's on sale, it's a really good deal. Staff is generally welcoming and friendly. It's not a bad store if you don't mind the extra cost.

Staff is friendly & helpful. Even when they are extremely busy, over-worked & stressed, they remain professional, efficient and helpful! I think we have used Kroger’s Pharmacy in Cleburne for about 25 years.

I've been using this pharmacy for a long while now and I appreciate everything they do. They have great customer service and anytime my insurance is more expensive they automatically apply a discount card for me. Thanks for all you do!

Always friendly and helpful every visit! They know my name and don't try to rush me away. Best pharmacy I've had in years.

everyone at the pharmacy is so nice and helpful, professional and they work with insurance to get you best rx price. If we have a question it is explained so that we understand. Our family only uses Kroger in Cleburne. It is the very best.

They do not take Apple Pay, Even though website says it does. Super frustrating after loading a cart of groceries.

So...needed to pop up to this Kroger location to pick up a few items, after I got off my late shift at my job. This store keeps later hours (thankfully) and is pretty convenient for me in location. Now, when I was ready to check out, there was a very long line and only ONE cash register open! One. Kroger, c'mon now! You need two closing cashiers (especially on weekends), so your customers can easily and fluidly get through the checkout line. This is...disappointing! Also, the older gentleman who works the closing shift, give that dude a raise! He is such a good and hard worker and hold down the whole front end by himself. He deserves a raise.

Ordered diapers using coupons and my first time pickup coupon and was informed my order had to be cancelled due to items being free?? Isn't that the point of couponing? If it wasn't allowed why would it let me use the coupons in the first place? Still paid a decent amount for diapers.

Love the pharmacy & everything else for the most part, however, the express lane cashier, Ginger, has to be the loudest, rudest & most hateful employee there. She has been so rude to me that I avoid her line at any cost. Yesterday she was telling a customer in her line something about the card device. The customer couldn't understand what she was saying & she slung it around & pushed some button then flipped it back to her & made some smart remark. I felt so bad for the customer because I know how humiliating it feels!

If not for Kroger having the lowest prices in Cleburne, I wouldn't use them anymore. Most of the staff are rude. They refused to fill a non narcotic prescription, issued by an MD, because the pharmacist didn't agree with the Dr's treatment. Sorry, but I go see a Dr for treatment, not a pharmacist.2 stars. One for being the bare minimum, and one for having great prices. I guess you get what you pay for...

I switched to Kroger from Walgreens. Walgreens just went way down hill. So far, Kroger has been awesome! Lower RX costs and you're not in line for longer than 15 mins. No issues so far, hopefully it stays this way because it's made life easier!

Good quick service. Never takes more than an hour to process scripts.

Nothing but good things to say. I find that if I have a good attitude, maybe it will spread to whomever thinks they were treated rudely ...

This location used to be really fast, helpful, polite. Lately, I have been waiting inline inside for 10+ minutes without the line moving. No one helps the front person until the line is about 10 deep. Some of the staff has been to point of being rude. Also now if you want to be notified of prescriptions that are ready for pickup, you have to use the store app instead of the old texting. Maybe some of us do not want our medicines shared with the whole corporation.
