They take advantage of little old ladies. Sell a vehicle with no spare tire and don't tell her. Found out when she had a flat. They said they would give her one,months ago, but never did. Now they want to charge her $250 for one. We will never shop there again!

Absolutely one of the worst places I have done business with. I have commercial accounts with several dodge dealers in my area. I was sent here due to the dealerships in my area have the fuel pump on back order. This place probably knows that and their fuel pump is way more expensive to walk in customers. If you don’t mind driving to DFW forget this place. Call the dealerships in the dfw area and make the drive.I tried speaking with the parts manager and one of the worst managers I have come across. I tried to tell him to help me with cost or open me up an account and he just chuckled at me and said he can’t do it. I already knew what type of guy this was by his tone so I didn’t push the issue. Someone get this guy some better customer service skills. Mind you this is the only reason why I’m writing this review because this parts manager was unprofessional and and his really ticked me off. The only reason my customer purchased this pump at an exuberant cost was because they need their vehicle. Mind you they sold it to her for 700! 2 dealerships close to me sell for 550 without my discount. Unfortunately she couldn’t wait because online from mopar I could have gotten one for 280 but 2 weeks out. Definitely avoid this parts place if you can. Huffines is way better in my book.

Swung by on a whim to look at a ram 1500 from the used lot and was helped by Colton McDonald and drove away with it that night. Everyone there was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful.
