As a first time truck buyer I could not have chosen a better place to go! Uriel Montoya made the best of my experience, listening to all my concerns and wants in a vehicle. There wasn't a question that he couldn't answer. He was patient with me as I went through different trucks, searching for my dream truck. Finally, on my third visit to SouthWest CDJR Uriel Montoya found the one for me! Thank you so much for all the time and effort you put in to helping me become a truck owner!

I had a bad experience with this dealership.I made an appointment to to look at a specific new vehicle ,when I got there they couldn't find the vehicle , when they finally found it they said it was in the service department with a engine problem (brand new Ram) so I didn't want to have anything to do with that vehicle . I agreed to look at other vehicles and found one of the same make and model .the dealer came back with a price ,it had the total price of the vehicle but under that price there was a $1500 mark up added in . asked why that fee was there and they said it was added do to the auto workers union strike and they would not be getting any more inventory which to me is an unjustified charge at this stage of the strike (one day) I argued to get it removed and he came back with another figure closer to my target price and was told that was the final price With no add ons. I went to the finance department to make payment arrangements and the $1500 fee was back on with the final price. so I had to argue my case again about the fee but they only agreed to remove a portion of it. I could have walked away from the deal but I had been there for 8 hrs that day trying to make this deal work out and didn't want to go through this process again somewhere else. I did not enjoy my experience with Southwest CDJR

We recently purchased a 2023 Ram 1500And we had the absolute best experience! Matthew was very knowledgeable in the vehicle, he was very considerate of our time we arrived closer to 7 and left a little after 8 the vehicle delivery was perfect, overall the entire experience was amazing and we will definitely be back in the future!

I do not like car shopping. However, our salesman at this dealership was top notch. Colby Newman was just amazing! We had an idea of what we wanted, so he gave us the information we needed to make an educated decision. Before it was all said and done we walked out of the dealership with my daughters first vehicle. Colby went above and beyond! Thanks, Colby!

My first time buying a car and I was nervous. You hear about pushy car salesman and I didn’t want that. Uriel Montoya is the salesman that helped me and my son! He was helpful, considerate, knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all! He made me feel comfortable. He was able to find us a great car with the payments in the price range I was looking for! I highly recommend this dealership and the salesman. It was a great experience.

Adam was incredibly helpful during the entire car buying process. He guided me every step of the way and played a crucial role in helping me find my dream truck. It's been a month since I purchased my truck, and I've already driven over 5,000 miles. I'm happy to say that I haven't encountered a single issue so far. If I ever decide to purchase another car, there's no doubt in my mind that I would choose to work with Adam and SWCDJR again.

First time buying from a dealership as my first car and they were amazing; Alexis Carrillo was very helpful and took his time to explain to me every step of the process. They have very beautiful vehicles and sometimes something unique, good prices and a welcoming ambiance. I recommend checking their online inventory, they are quick to post cars and you can buy same day.

Wanted to give a quick shout out to Alex Carrillo at SouthWest CDJ. Alex went above and beyond for me. Never pressured me . Took the time to explain the difference between the 2022 Jeep Gladiator series. We walked the lot and talked about each one . Very professional and knowledgeable about the Jeeps . Great car buying experience. They gave me more for my trade in than I expected! The entire SCDJ was OUTSTANDING!!For the record . I’ve had my Jeep almost a year and never once did I regret buying it from these guys !! If I could give 6 stars they deserve it .THANK YOU

South West was recommended to me by a close friend who advised the staff was not only friendly but genuinely interested in your vehicle needs and didn’t push any kind of inventory agenda.My experience proved to be a positive one and after listening to my vehicle desires did an excellent job of helping me find my very first New Truck that fit MY Budget with all the features I needed & wanted. It was truly a pleasant experience & not an ordeal like I always thought it could be.South West is truly worth a trip if you want your first Dodge Ram ? I absolutely LOVE MINE!!!Charles M.

If looking for a used vehicle, look elsewhere. They will add on "market adjustment" after you decide you want the vehicle. Another term I would use is "GREED." The sales people are friendly, but inexperienced for the most part. This would suggest experienced ones don't stick around long when they realize the bad business practices this dealership engages in. Fact: I met the former used car manager at another dealership who left due to the poor method of doing business. Enough said. Service department is poor. My Jeep stayed there too long and too often. And without fail, every time I got it back another problem was inevitable. After an oil change it failed on a road trip, and I spent five days stuck with my Jeep in the shop. The dealer that serviced my Jeep in another state told me the issue looked deliberate, as it was close to 99% impossible for the part to fail without the help of human hands. The Gilchrist Group that owns this dealership ought to be ashamed at how they treat customers and manipulate numbers. And the last thing that left me shaking my head never to return? They wouldn't even let me take the sheet with numbers on the vehicle I looked at out the door with me. What's up with that?

Experience here was great. Called ahead and spoke to Blake. Drove an hour to see the vehicle, Blake had it pulled up and ready when I arrived. A 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited.Blake helped talk me through it all, got me a good price on the vehicle, decent price for my trade, and right where I wanted to be for payment (along with a nice interest rate for the market). Process was also pretty quick. I think, all in, it was maybe 1.5-2 hrs.Immediately took the van on a trip to Galveston and I couldn't be happier. Thanks y'all!

With the COVID-19 supply chain shortage, staffing issues, and other residual affects, I have noticed that it has been a struggle to get an appointment with many Jeep/Stellantis dealerships for minor or major problems.Recently, my check engine light came on along with my thermostat was going all the way up to high. I called five Jeep dealerships in the Fort Worth area and they explained it would be anywhere from 2-4 weeks before they "could take a look at it and diagnose the problem." I understand a variety of challenges/problems, however, I found this to be unacceptable.Dan the service director and Allison a technician got me in right away to this dealership. I had an issue with my engine fan and it was covered by my extended warranty. Unfortunately, the part is going to take 5-7 business days for delivery, however, I find no issue with this.This dealership has great customer service and communication. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
