Had to go back to Customer Service to get someone to come help me with Appliance purchase, but then everything went smoothly. Overall, we really like the Cleburne Lowes store, products, and employees.

Went there on the night of 07-03-24 and a lady named Sophia asked if we need help she told us where it was so we picked up what we needed then I asked her if they could the item that I bought for us she said we don't do that in a rude voice so went up to the return desk to check out and we told him that they would not cut it for us and he said yes we do and he got someone to cut it for us.He was real nice and polite but Sophia was rude

This place sucks on customer service!!!
Why hire people that don’t know anything or how about a deaf employee that just stares and then walks away from you, after asking for assistance. ?♀️ Came here for a sale on a tool they had online, took several people just to try and figure out what’s going on (((as we all stared at the tool))) price wasn’t even the same!!! Lord Jesus, please bump up on your customer service & knowledge.

I detest that they are now 100% self check out, and the hoops you jump through for veteran validation are extremely difficult. I will move more towards big box stores or online due to this. The store is vacant, so expect financial woes to catch up with this business...
