We had 2 rooms booked for a wedding (08/10/24). The rooms were basic, not very clean, holes in the walls. It looked like the shower curtain rod had been pulled off the wall at least 3 times (6 holes on each side). Our relative’s room, on the second floor, had fleas jumping on their legs when they walked in. They took pictures. The hallway carpets were stained, place smelled musty, and we saw at least 3 cockroaches on the wall on our way out. We were in the hotel less than 10 minutes before we checked out. It was disgusting! The kid behind the desk was really nice, supposedly gave us a refund, and he seemed unfazed that we all checked out 10 minutes after we walked in.(gave him 3 stars). The hotels location was close to a lot of places. (5 stars). We ended up going next door to the Holiday Inn Express! Much nicer!

Pretty good service got a room twice just this month alone was on the second floor both times only real issue I had was the fact that there were frogs in the hallway the first time I was here this month which I'm assuming were brought in by kids.

They messed up our reservation so we got stuck in a room with one bed when we reserved two beds. Room was not cleaned while we were out. And key cards didn’t work half the time we were there. We will not be returning

The price is low but the smell can’t make up for it. Very musky atmosphere and the lobby smells really horrible. The entire hall stunk of pet urine. The room was fairly clean. The bed sheets were recently washed overall it was clean. However the bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. The entire hotel had a moist vibe to it. Not sure what’s going on but between the musky smell, the urine smell, and the mold I made for one rough night. I kept coughing and felt terrible afterwards.

Hotel was in a terrible state. It smelled bad as soon as you walked in.
Dog hair covering hallway carpets.
Lights flickering on and off in the hallways.
Trash outside every door. Bare wires hanging from the ceiling. No towel bars in the bathroom.
Walls are thin. No carpet in the rooms.
Pool was shut down for cleaning.

HORRIBLE
After a long day at work and a week traveling finally heading home (3hrs away) we stopped here to rest our eyes and relax. We paid for the room and go to second floor room 227 walk in and 10 seconds in we see 3 roaches crawling around. We immediately say f this and go to the elevator where another guest informed us that yes they have them as well and floor 3 is terrible (as he was told by other guests). We go to front desk where the boy tells us “it’s a motel, you’re going to see a few”. We told him there’s no way we wanted our money back and he issued refund. We then get to the parking lot where a gentleman and his what I presume is his wife say they had bed bugs and only got a PARTIAL refund. We have left from there and will NEVER come back to this location.

Needed more light in the room. A lamp would make it a bit better.
Rooms: Simple but very clean.
Nearby activities: Went to antique stores downtown a lot to choose from.
Food & drinks: Good options close by

Stayed in room 111 and was infested with roaches. Atleast the lady gave me a full refund

This hotel is clean, and the staff is so nice. One of the only hotels in town that are accommodating to its guest. I am enjoying my stay here.
Noteworthy details: Definitely pet friendly. My dogs love it here.

Hated it. First room heater didn't work and unpleasant oder. One tiny bar of soap. No other bath necessities . No hair dryer, old microwave, no fridge. Switched rooms because it was cold and needed a working heater. Room #2 had working heater. Fridge but no microwave. Weird. Again only bar of soap. Oder was better. Some homeless people were on the premises. I won't be back. I'm only posting 1 star for the working heater.
