Filled up Wednesday morning get out of work and car was running rough multiple misfires after draining gas and new plugs and not this gas my car is back to running right now.. never again will I buy there gas!!!

PUMP #5 IS BROKEN!! Went in to ask the employees (2 women) one on her phone to reset pump 5. Was told the pump resets itself and from our end it’s clear. I tried to use my GasBuddy card and then another card. It states that they accept gas buddy. Both times it said enter some other kind of card. The employees talked to me like I’m stupid and down to me. You need to fix your pumps but your employees need to be um you probably need some training at the least. DO NOT USE PUMP 5. And employees do not know what they are doing.

Went inside to pay, both employees made eye contact and ignored me. One popped a cheeto into her mouth while making eye contact with me and went to help a customer who came in after me.

They carry ethanol free gas but it pumps extremely slow. 30 min to get 11gallons!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Sitting at the pump at 11:45 pm, doors are locked and all the stuff outside still wide open. Says on the Internet store closes at 12 am…???? 🤔🤔🤔

I come to Murphy's everyday and get cigarettes and gas and drinks. I came to Murphy's today on April 16th, around 11:50 to get gas cigarettes and drinks. I always get 2 packs of cigarettes on one transaction. 2 packs of cigarettes on another transaction with my drinks and my gas. I am so happy. My husband was with me today. Because he sat there and told the cashier. Something doesn't seem right with the first transaction. I want the receipts. She printed the receipts off. She looked at them shook her head and shrugged her shoulders like nothing was wrong. Handed my husband the receipts as we were walking out the door my husband realized she had charged me for an extra pack of cigarettes. I usually would not have made a big deal about this or even left a review. But the fact that she looked was the receipt that only had two packs of cigarettes on it so she clearly could see that she charged me for 3 instead of two. We turned around and went and talked to the other cashier. And explain to her we were charged for an extra pack of cigarettes. She could look in our bags whatever she's gotta do. In instead of her apologizing, she says oh well, we're gonna fix it. Don't worry about it. We're gonna fix it and take care of it so just it's fine. I just felt like the cashier was just trying to shut us up. So the other customers wouldn't hear that the cashier just ripped us off an the cashier who did it didn't even seem to care an stood far away an was like yeah im sorrg she didnt even check where she made her mistake or anything an that's weird to me an I would like for this to be addressed because that's not OK and if she has done it once there's a big chance she has an will do it again

Rude managers and shift leads, demeaning employees and cursing in front of customers. Poor customer service from Terry and then finding out the manager, Stephanie was the one to make one of the cashiers appear stupid to appease a rude man in line, completely inappropriate. I refuse to shop at this location unless it ends up with an entire new management team. Disgusting behaviors and I hope no one applies to work for these demeaning people.

Place is going downhill and the staff isn't helping. Going inside they are always soooooo sloooooow. Ugh. Its crazy. Got gas today on pump 12 and it was leaking at the handle. Dripping pretty good, darn thing was dropping pennies on the ground as I pumped. Gas I cheap tho, I'll give it that.
