“Amazing staff, and amazing prices, equaled only by their customer service. From top to bottom I've never met an employee that wasn't phenomenal in his or her customer service skills. And that's coming from somebody who has dedicated 15 years of their life to a career in the service industry providing the best experiences for clients and customers that I can provide.
They always have such a good variety in products that I could and often do lose my self in there for hours. It makes it even harder for me to get out of there because of the as mentioned friendliness and overall eagerness to help that the employees provide.
I have never once left there without a smile on my face and confidence that the interactions that I had and purchases I made and information I was provided was anything less than overwhelmingly positive. In other words, I always feel that when I go into their store, regardless of if I have a game plan of what I'm doing there, be it buying yet ANOTHER one of their always fairly priced (and often at much better deals than any competitors I'm aware of, be it online or in store local) firearms or the plentiful calibers of ammunition that they always have neatly stocked, or maybe a rare coin as a gift for a family member, or even some electronics and video game accessories that I know will work as expected which is always the case, I know that I am going to be treated fairly.
Actually, I sometimes think that of these top retail chains that are popping up everywhere of various types could certainly take a lesson from Cash Plus Pawn in Cleburne, because as I mentioned, I've dedicated so much of my life to trying to achieve giving to my customers they kind of experience that I received at Cash Plus Pawn, I'm almost made it a mental blueprint to model myself and the colleagues that I help train in my time at work after the way that they operate. It may sound kind of overzealous say but I really do mean it.

Because I'm not treated like a customer when I step into that store. I'm treated like a friend, and I'm always happy to talk to the employees. Because they always provide such a good experience and such useful information in the way that is genuinely sincere. And that's the trick of providing a good customer experience. Sincerity. And every single person, as I mentioned from top to bottom, provides that. They don't act like they're trying to make a sale and get the most money out of you that they can get, or that they would rather be anywhere else than in front of you helping you with what you need.
The genuinely enjoy what they do.

I haven't even gotten started on the layaway options that they provide. They are so fair, and there's no interest whatsoever on monthly payments. Which I've never seen done anywhere else honestly.

I've never felt swindled in any way on the things that I've sold to them either. They have always been very very fair, and they know their stuff on just about every single product that you could imagine. And if for some reason the specific employee did not know something, he or she was always quick to find somebody that did.

Went, Blake, Jaive, and Trey are the ones that usually help me, but every other employee deserves equal praise.

Long story short, I've bought there for years. And I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always feel welcome, the employees always remember me, I always feel like what I bought or sold was done at a good reciprocal value, I always learn something new that I didn't know before, and I always feel like going back for more.
