Peacock's Transmission Service is a highly regarded business in Cleburne, with a 40-year history on the Eastside. They provide excellent service, with good communication, fair pricing, and a knowledgeable staff. They were able to locate parts and rebuild a Mazda transmission in 3-4 business days, and similarly quickly serviced a work truck's transmission. Recently, they performed fluid and filter service on a transmission and had the customer in and out in the same day, with a fair price and effective results. Peacock's offers free diagnostic checks, as demonstrated with a Honda Accord, and they are known for their honesty and willingness to work with customers on labor costs. They have a reputation for successfully diagnosing and repairing vehicles, with staff providing valuable advice on maintenance. The work environment reflects how they treat employees, ensuring a comfortable area for technicians to work. Both Brie and Jason are commended for their outstanding service, and the business is praised for its dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.
Small parking lot but parked comfortably. Very nice owners and they specialize in transmissions but can do more services and have been in business for years! Good honest business!
