If you want a reliable bank branch that will help you, or even answer the phone before they close, this is not it. Many occasions I call between 3pm and 4pm and they do not answer. Closing accounts without warning, and causing problems. Just read other reviews. Stay away from this bank. For the love of god.

Carmen Martinez was so very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful during a very stressful day running errands in a new town after a very stressful move and the like. Very professional--truly a people person doing a good job!

My 83 yo Mother In Law went into the bank @ 9am to initiate a $10k wire transfer to me. She was told it went thru fine and everything was good and was provided the receipt and paperwork. It wasn't. No one at the bank reached out to her to let her know there was a problem. It took US calling them before they would investigate. Which, of course was AFTER their Wire Dept closed (noon on a Friday). This was an emergent matter! My Sister In Law had to drop everything and rush from an hour away to the bank along with my MIL @4:30pm. No one would tell the account holders what the problem was. Basically they dropped the ball and customer service was horrible. Cost us an additional $45 dollars to have a cashier's check overnighted. Horrible bank that shouldn't be in business. How are we supposed to trust you with OUR (not your) money? WHY should we trust you with OUR money? Don't bank here..... And of course the check is now lost in the mail. All due to incompetent employees who don't care. UPDATE: They even went as far as to call Adult Services on us for exploitation of the Elderly. Let's just say our Lawyers are now getting involved to review the case and possibly file against that branch and employees involved.

Lobby hours are not convenient at all. No one wants or should have to take a day off work just to run by the bank.

Adriana Reynaga was not helpful and set up the account with the name misspelled even though she had all of the papers right there. Didn't explain anything to us just kept telling us no if we asked if we could do a certain type of account vs another. Wasn't happy and felt like we were bothering her just trying to set up my child's account. I do not recommend this branch.

This Cleburne Branch was so great to assist me today! Even though the system was down they offered to hand write me a receipt and stated the deposit would be made as soon as the system was working again. I ended up coming to this location bc the Keene branch was so rude and offered zero assistance to the system being down. Not sure how the Keene Branch remains open. They have horrible customer service.The Cleburne Branch has earned my business from now on.

Women inside are very rude. No customer service no one greeted anyone. Everyone snacked and laughed among themselves instead of doing there job. Better service in the drive thru

I called to inquire about opening a checking account and the process of getting a debit card. I was essentially told it depends on whether they feel like printing me a debit card that day or not. This seems to be inconsistent treatment of customers. I'm pretty sure this encounter flirts with the Unfair Deceptive Abusive Acts Policy.

We have been with Pinnacle Bank for about 15 years. All the staff treat us like family and they are very professional. We wouldn't bank anywhere else.

I came in to add my husband to my new account and Adriana Reynaga is who we dealt with. She was extremely rude to both of us. She made us both feel as if we COMPLETELY INCONVENIENCED her. I hope someone above her sees this and can let her know that her arrogant and rude disposition made a very negative impact on 2 new customers who now wish we had taken our business elsewhere.
