Adriana Reynaga was not helpful and set up the account with the name misspelled even though she had all of the papers right there. Didn't explain anything to us just kept telling us no if we asked if we could do a certain type of account vs another. Wasn't happy and felt like we were bothering her just trying to set up my child's account. I do not recommend this branch.

This Cleburne Branch was so great to assist me today! Even though the system was down they offered to hand write me a receipt and stated the deposit would be made as soon as the system was working again. I ended up coming to this location bc the Keene branch was so rude and offered zero assistance to the system being down. Not sure how the Keene Branch remains open. They have horrible customer service.The Cleburne Branch has earned my business from now on.

I called to inquire about opening a checking account and the process of getting a debit card. I was essentially told it depends on whether they feel like printing me a debit card that day or not. This seems to be inconsistent treatment of customers. I'm pretty sure this encounter flirts with the Unfair Deceptive Abusive Acts Policy.

We have been with Pinnacle Bank for about 15 years. All the staff treat us like family and they are very professional. We wouldn't bank anywhere else.

I came in to add my husband to my new account and Adriana Reynaga is who we dealt with. She was extremely rude to both of us. She made us both feel as if we COMPLETELY INCONVENIENCED her. I hope someone above her sees this and can let her know that her arrogant and rude disposition made a very negative impact on 2 new customers who now wish we had taken our business elsewhere.

Unless you love getting your account hacked and the bank never giving your money back even after the fraud detection center said they would refund the money. They also overdrafted the account by sending a paper statement that costs 5 dollars, which in turn charges a 4 dollar over draft fee. For one, we are NOT signed up for paper statements. Second, if the money from fraud detection had been returned (even though its been well over a month) the account would not have been overdrafed! This is the absolute worst bank we have ever used. They take the title "professional scam artists" to a whole new level!

Update: The bank called to tell me they verified funds with other bank and the check hold had been released. Stressful but grateful it's all complete. My husband's employer changed banks and his paycheck was returned. They were kind enough to tell me beforehand and so we moved money over to cover everything until we could get a new check. But, she failed to tell me that the new check would have a 14 day hold. 14 DAYS!!!!! If I had known that I would have cashed the check and deposited cash. Now my account is all messed up and I have to wait till next week before I can do anything.

Update: I did want to mention that both the lady we worked with on our loan and the regional President contacted me to apologize for the service we received. I do think that was very professional of them to do and really appreciated the call. I am changing my rating to a 3 star for that reason.I recommend looking at other banks first. The process here was very unorganized and terrible communication throughout the entire process. Never made it clear what info she needed and then we would send info and she would come back and tell us that isn't what she wanted and would go back and forth. It was taking us months to get our building loan ready to go and were getting nowhere. The person we worked with was very rude and after that, we moved to Worthington Bank and had them pay off our land loan with Pinnacle and got everything approved, all paperwork completed and closed on the building loan all within 2 1/2 weeks! And they are much more pleasant to work with. Should have done that originally!
