I Went in Friday afternoon to figure out how to use the banking app, I met a new face. A young lady named Kali helped me, she was phenomenal.Glad to see the bank is going back to the way it used to be.

The people are not the same team as the past!!! The Mobile app is not to be compared to BBVA. It really is poor !If you have to use the drive-thru, make sure you have plenty of time ! I should not be charged for extras if I have to wait longer than a fast food place. By the way, where is the bank manager , customer service, or employee team work? Not there anymore :(
