“Called in a bind as our previous company had basically turned their back on us even though we had been loyal customers for over 13 years. Spoke with the owner and he said he could get a new tank delivered the next day. I offered to pay extra, wash his car, clean his office, anything to sweeten the deal. His response was don’t worry about it, this is my Christmas gift to your family. As a business owner myself, this sort of customer service is not heard of much anymore. Glad to know there are still some honest companies that operate with integrity. My family is thankful for yellow rose and their commitment to the community. Happy holidays!
