This was the worst most unprofessional experience ive ever had at a "lab" the sorry excuse of your representative went out of her way to make things difficult after she was 20 minutes late and then proceeded to keep calling in others over me. It then wasn't until 40 minutes after my appointment, was I called in. Keep in mind, I was on time!

I had trouble with calling in appt. I needed to get a pen to write down conformation number and the automated voice gave me a later appt time. It was very frustrating.

The lady taking my blood was so nice and I could barely tell she even took my blood. She also waited on my husband to get there with the paper I had forgot. I appreciated her patience with me and still being so nice about it.

Every time my doctor orders a cbc it includes my platelets. 3 out of 5 times they don't run it. It's extremely important for me to know what it is especially if I'm having dental work or I could bleed to death.

Female employee was very rude and very rough with the band and needle! She tied me off as if she was trying to amputate my arm!
