The phlebotomists were professional and helpful, even found a way for us to save almost $700.However, there is no front desk. You must check in on one of two tablets.Should you forget to ask for something, calling the phone number will get you a prerecorded message with no options other than to restart the messages or be hung up on.Quest diagnostics website support wasted my time by telling me the number DOES ring but the phlebotomists must be busy with patients.They are incorrect or have no idea what is actually happening with their own labs. Their advice was to go back and sit in the lobby until a phlebotomist opens the door.

The tech was very nice and able to stick me with no problem. I am a very hard stick and it was nice to get someone that could get my blood. Thank you.

Incredibly rude. Not seeing patients at their scheduled times because they’re “doing something for their supervisor” and have no idea how long it will take with 11 people in the que and the supervisor was incredibly unprofessional yelling at me that she called my name already then said a name which was not mine. Just make the drive to somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I drove an hour, got caught in traffic and arrived 10 minutes late. I checked in anyway because the lobby had only one person waiting and no one on the queue to be seen. The message I got was “you are more than 1 minute late for your appointment and will need to reschedule.” I could hear them laughing an talking in the back but there’s no option to talk to a human to see if you can be seen. I was on my way to another doctor’s appointment so I couldn’t wait for the next available appointment 2 hours later. I’ve used Quest for years, and always chose to have my provider send my orders to them. I don’t know what happened, but it is definitely not a patient centered lab.

My wife and I have been going here for years and I just don't understand this bad rating. We have never had any bad experiences with this place. Between the 2 of us we have been at least 50 times in 14 years. 5 stars from us.

I had appointment in burleson for drug screen. they were not able to do for some reason, sent me to Cleburne. I was there when Burleson called Cleburne. Get to Cleburne and they making me wait for an appointment 2 hrs out. Ridiculous

5/10/23 My appointment was at 0740. Your staff showed up when? Who knows bc I left after waiting 30 minutes. Who's running this place a 5 year old? You deserve 0 stars. Go back to bed and enjoy the rainy morning.

I don't know if the woman who did my blood draw was having an off day or what, but she was extremely rude! Her huffy attitude needs to be checked before she comes to work! Then lo & behold after submitting my review, my blood draw was no good & I have to go back tomorrow to have more blood drawn. In my decades of having blood drawn, I have NEVER had to have it drawn again...how convenient! I know who WON'T be repeating my blood draw tomorrow...

Went twice, first time the technician stated they needed NPI code and test codes. After I left, I noticed there WAS an NPI code on my order. Made a second appointment and same technician asked for NPI which I pointed out to her. And she still wanted test codes. There were no test codes, because I had to select a lab based on my insurance. Each company has unique codes. Third try, went to LabCorp and had zero wait and processed without question. 3 days late on getting my labs done.

My daughter had an appointment at 7:40 am. We received an appointment reminder the morning of. She fasted for 12 hours. We drove 30 minutes to town to make the appointment only to find a note on the door that they were closed for the day. No attempt by them to reach us to tell us. Nothing on their website, nothing on their answering machine. This put my daughter days behind on her important meds. Totally unacceptable and will never use them again.

Rude, disrespectful, condescending. They went out of their way to be rude. Just tried to get a test done for my son and the employee acted like our presence was an inconvience to her. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you hate your job so much then quit. No need to make everyone else as miserable as you are.

I was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting my turn then when I went back she couldn’t find my paperwork on her computer that my doctor sent in electronically! So she sent me back to the waiting room and I called the doctor to send it again! Then came my turn again and the same girl still couldn’t find it on the computer! The same thing happened this week with the same technician she couldn’t find my paperwork that was sent in electronically! She said we get stuff all the time from your doctor they must not be doing it right! Could be your technician is not capable of getting it right! I will not be going there again!

Told me when I get here for my appointment that their fax machine doesn't work and hasn't for months so the doctor can't send over a script for a urine screening. Very inconvenient, especially when my doctor isn't able to send it through the quest system either. This is the last time I go to this location.

Arrived at 745am waited for 1 hour then staff announced they were out of supplies. A whole room of people left frustrated. I will never be back. Going to Labcorp
