i took my car in a few months ago to get it fixed after being rear ended in a car accident. i have progressive insurance in which i was told that all the expenses were going to be taken care of because i was not at fault for the accident. the shop had my car for a while which was okay, i wasn't in any kind of hurry i just wanted my car fixed. i received a call about a month and a half after i dropped my car off from them letting me know that my car was done, it was close to the end of their business hours that day so i decided to pick it up the next day. i picked it up and everything was great. i checked my bank account a few hours later to see a fee of over $100 dollars from the rental car company in which i was renting a car due to working full time and needing a vehicle. i was promised by progressive that this would be covered so i was confused as to why i was getting that charge. i called progressive and they told me that the date that RICHARDS had told them the car was done was 2 days before they told me it was done causing progressive to stop paying for my rental car. i am a 19 year old girl who was in an accident for the first time, works her butt off for the things she has, and was not at fault for the accident i was in yet richards decided to see that and take advantage of it. i called several times about it but was always pushed over. i've never made a review or said anything bad about a place but i genuinely will never use this place for anything ever again and if anyone ever asks me about it my answer will be just this. i hope that they are ashamed for what they did, they know it was wrong. according to progressive the do it all the time. this is a long review but i hope you have taken your time to read this and don't ever trust them with your car needs.

I've always taken my truck here for years. They always do good work and always try to keep to the quoted timetable. I also really respect Rusty. He's always been a straight shooter.

Don’t waste your time or money at this place. I took my car here after a crash to get it fixed. They did a decent job on the hood and bumper, but they couldn’t properly fix the headlight. The light has a strange Z-shaped line through the middle and very little light output at the top.
I brought the car back several times to have it corrected, but they just kept adjusting the light and told me that’s “how new lights are,” even though it was clearly defective. Each time I returned, they seemed more annoyed, and eventually Richard’s wife started getting an attitude about me coming back.
The only positive part of my experience was the lady at the front desk — she had curly hair and I believe she was Hispanic. She was always polite, professional, and helpful every time I came in.
Overall, very poor service and unwillingness to properly fix their mistakes.

Took my camaro in to get a minor cracked repaired and let me tell you they went above and beyond fixing it, it looks amazing and they even repaired a big chip i had that wasn't even in the quote and I had some missing clear coat that they fixed for me as well. Amazing shop, great price. Will definitely take any vehicles I own in the future if need be. Thank yall very much.

We took the car in 3 times. First time it was 2 months to get it back. Was told every week it would be ready by Friday but it was not. When I picked it up the paint didn’t match and the turn signal was not working. 2nd time it was 1-1/2 months to get it back and when I picked it up the headlights would only blink. Again it would be ready by Friday but it was not. 3rd time when I picked it up on a Friday 10 minutes before they closed. Was driving home and the windshield started cracking. Called on Monday and they said I did it going home but it was clearly broken at the shop but they denied it
I will not be back and I’m telling everyone not to go there

Jamili was so helpful during the process of my car repairs! After a horrible experience at another body shop, she made sure that my car was repaired correctly in a timely manner! A+++

Richards did great on my repair. They kept me updated throughout the process which I appreciated because I was already irritated that I had to go through insurance so soon on my brand new car. They scratched my tint when replacing my doors however they did not hesitate at all to cover to get it replaced. Definitely will use them and recommend them to friends and family!!

Richard was without a doubt one of the best body shop owners I have ever had the chance to work with. I brought him a challenging, non-insurance job and he was more than happy to get me on the schedule and work hard to get the frame straightened on my car, which several other shops would not touch. He saw to it himself that my car was taken care of while there and the guys even came out to talk about what it took to repair the vehicle and made me feel extremely confident in their work, and the value for the job was very high. The car looks 1000x better now and all the panel and hood issues are completely resolved. 5/5, will be bringing him any other challenging jobs in the future.

My initial experience was great. They are friendly. But, I was quoted a 2 week time frame to fix my car. And it took close to 3 months! I had to call & call for updates, I'd be promised 'by the end of the week' only to be told the same thing the following week. When I picked my car up several things were not fixed or replaced, although insurance WAS charged for them! I'm missing clips to hold front body panels on, a couple mud flaps, when I called, they blame Shortages, strikers etc. Its LITTERALLY been a year and no one has gotten back with me! Very poor customer service, unless you're going in for that first look over quotes, do not recommend

Called for a paint job. They only do insurance claims and no all over paint jobs. Need to take pain off your list of services.
