Byrd went above and beyond to find new shocks for my 2022 Chevrolet PU
There where no after market shocks, but he was able to locate some for me.

Highly recommend this shop! This is a safe place for moms/ women to go and know they won’t be taken advantage of for not knowing anything about cars. Josh took care of me at the front desk with a welcoming smile and went above and beyond to help me after my car started giving me issues. He made this experience so easy for me. I will definitely be going back here when I need car help because I know I can trust them.

My truck wasn’t running properly so I sent it to these guys hoping they could help. They determined it had 27 emissions error codes which was causing it to go into limp mode. I spoke to them yesterday and they told me the parts would be in today. I figured I would be without it for at least another week. I was both surprised and ecstatic when Josh called and said she was ready to be picked up. Not sure what they’re paying him, but I bet it’s not enough! Thanks, guys!!!

Rick's Auto employs knowledgeable and professional staff who are always courteous and very helpful. The mechanics are diligent in finding the problem and make sure the car is fixed when you pick it up. On top of that, they charge fair prices for excellent work. I have been a customer for over 8 years and appreciate the quality service.

My husband & I were in town to move my Mother out of state and we were to drive her truck and a U-haul. The night before we were to leave, we experienced an issue with my Mom's truck. She's been a long time customer of Rick's Automotive and recommended we take it there. We called in the morning and they sent one of their towtrucks to get us and the truck. We were greeted by Josh , who was incredibly professional and friendly and they determined the problem, fixed it and had us on the road within hours. My Mom and Dad had always spoke highly of Rick's and we now know why. They were understanding of our stress, and time and very helpful. They also employ one of the top mechanics in the Nation. Just go in and see the story on the wall and Rick, the owner, might share the story with you! It was quite impressive. Thank you Rick and Josh for all of your help, professionalism and all around great experience. If I could give you 10 stars , I would!!!
