Lots of neat little businesses, mostly antique stores and boutiques, and only a handful of coffee shops. There are plenty of safe crosswalks for pedestrians, but many of the roads are 1-way with crosswalks only on one side of the intersection, so plan ahead when crossing the street or you may have to turn around.
