Simon's Sushi brings a surprising solace to my emo heart. The BTS Roll is a flavor spectacle, fusing Mexican Pico de Gallo with sushi in a chaotic yet harmonious dance. It's a culinary expression of emotions, a delightful journey through unexpected tastes. The Nigiri, a poetic piece of sushi art, echoes the high-quality craftsmanship that resonates with the soul. In this sushi sanctuary, flavors and emotions intertwine, creating a unique and comforting experience. Simon's Sushi is not just a place to eat; it's an emotional retreat for those who seek solace in every bite. The BTS Roll and Nigiri are the highlights, offering a taste journey that speaks to the depths of an emo heart.

Was a regular here 10+ years ago and then life happened and stopped coming. A few months ago I went back to Simon's and since that time I have introduced Simon's to a dozen friends. My favorite roll here is the BTS Roll. I love that Simon has so many different choices on his rolls and not the basic items. BTS has pico de gallo on top with salmon...my wife doesn't eat sushi but will pull off the salmon and give to me, which is perfect!

Truly THE BEST sushi restaurant in the Dallas area, my absolute favorite! I wish they would open one in southern California!! I also love supporting small businesses--and this is all family run! They provide such friendly and warm service, you'll definitely feel at home here. The fish is always fresh, my personal faves are spicy scallop handroll and the BTS! Prices are extremely fair, and they also offer BYOB! Can't wait to come back!

The store is very convenient, they have a little bit of everything, just what you may need to save you from having to go to the grocery store or the gas you can get so you won't have to stop for it on the way to work in the morning.

We've been going here for nearly as long as Simon has been in his location. The fish is always fresh and the rolls are very unique! You've got to get the BTS, Bird's Nest, and Saturday Night Special. If Aji is on the board, it's another must. Five of us are a bunch of rolls and sashimi dishes and the bill was under $150. Plus, BYOB is an added plus on the savings side. Make sure to pour Simon s shot for all his hard work and creative efforts!

We've been coming here for years. We always loved how welcoming everyone is even before we became regulars. The service has not changed. They are very quick to bring your food as it's prepared, fill you water and take away any empty plates! Your always greeted when you walk in and welcomed backed when you walk out! The quality of the fish is always amazing and the creativity on the specialty roll list is fun and unique!

The service at this restaurant was not the best. I loved that it is a small and cozy BYOB place but I did not really feel welcomed. As for the food, the fried tofu was really good but the Tuna and Rainbow rolls were a bit disappointing.

We were regulars for a long time but stopped going after we realized they had "preferred regulars" versus regulars. We usually bring drinks and send a glass or 2 to the sushi chef. They have seen our kids grow up and after it all, it just did not feel like our business was appreciated.

the best sushi, miso, rolls, etc... in Dallas. You will not find fresher sushi or ingredients anywhere else. I have been eating here for almost 20 years and the food is, and has, always been some of the best. the warm welcome when you arrive and when you leave are also part of the ambience. The lunch sashimi bento box is an incredible deal at $16. you get five pieces of sashimi, soup, salad, shrimp and veggie tempura, California roll with all the spices and trimmings. I crave their food. doesn't look like much from the outside but dont let that fool you. its worth every penny to go inside and try the menu. you won't be disappointed.

Picked up lunch for 1st time, affordable prices- fresh food. I ordered the chicken teriyaki Benito box $10.75. Lots of good food white meat chicken with a light drizzle of sauce, cup of miso soup, small green salad, 3 California rolls, 2 sources, 2 tempura shrimp, 4 pieces of tempura vegetables. So good fresh and good for 2 lunches. Helpful staff. Since Togo order I did not take photos. Will Return to try other items.

I tried out this restaurant for a girls lunch yesterday. My tab was 25.00 for three rolls. I was VERY disappointed. First, the rolls I ordered had DRYED out rice and very thin layer of rice. There was nothing fresh about the salmon. The service was horrible, I literally had to keep flagging down the waitress even though there were only two tables. Finally, I asked repeatedly for an itemized receipt. THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE ONE which make me think there are some shady business practices happening there. I will not return to this restaurant. I almost never write a review but with all the hype saying how this place was sooooo good, I felt compelled. Dont waste you money.

Very conveniently located, but you pay for the convenience! Their prices are a little high and my personal gripe- no matter how many times I've asked, they won't carry Canada Dry ginger ale in 2 liters or 12 packs! I would buy them! Right next to the apts. I believe off of Nolan River
