Southside Bank is one of the most professional Banks I've ever had to deal with for my banking needs. Even though I didn't have an account there the lady that answered the phone was so kind and helpful. She referred me to Tom Perritte to give me advice on home loans and so much more. They didn't treat me like a dollar symbol but with kindness and great customer service. I didn't have to wait two days before someone got back to me. What a great way to run a bank and treat your customers with the greatest respect. 😁 Thank you so much... Daniel Dixon

The personnel at Southside Bank in Cleburne is one of the best I have ever encountered. They are always very helpful and friendly, from the manager to the tellers. Any questions or concerns that I might have I know that they will always have an answer for me. The place is always clean and organized. Great job Southside Bank of cleburne.

WOW! Wow is all that can be said for the Friendly, Courteous, Professional and Patient Service that we received in asking for a Home Equity Loan recently from our local Cleburne Branch of Southside Bank. My Loan officer and Branch Manager kept me at ease throughout the process and without his efforts in going the extra mile, we fully believe any other institution would not have been successful in meeting & exceeding our expectations. We cannot be happier with the end results.?
