I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
As soon as I walked in I was quickly asked what I wanted. There were only 2 ladies but the one up front is the one who attended me. She seemed so impatient and her service was without care. They are most definitely in a rush to get customers quickly in and out even tho no one was after me. I came in hours before close time all excited for a bday manicure & pedicure. I always have got anxiety going into nail salons. & I always do home based but in this unfortunate situation I had to look for a nail salon to get the birthday nails I wanted. I’m not sure why the nail tech was rushing. Not only was she rushing but she was being super harsh until she cut my middle toe, towel was red from all the blood coming out. She then said, “sorry” and THEN after that is when she started to be a bit more gently but she had already cut my toe and made me bleed. I was so tempted to get up and leave after the cut but I stayed sitting patiently. I am not easily to cry but when I say I was crying at that salon I was. I have never been treated like that before. Also, files & brushes did not look sanitary. I asked for the deluxe massage, which in fact was the worst foot massage I’ve ever got. Did not leave satisfied. I DO NOT recommend going there. I will definitely NEVER go back to Star Nails. Worst service and nail salon.

I'm so unhappy after being a repeat customer and recommending the place. It's just a shoddy job and they're in a rush to serve more people. They cut my toenails so short they're not even shaped. They didn't even square them off and just did something to get them over with. And my hands, let's not even mention them. The girl did whatever she wanted with the design, it doesn't even resemble what I wanted. I paid over $120 out of embarrassment and shame, but I would never go back.
They should be more serious about this because it's a paid service! NOT FREE!

I always show them a picture of what I want , it’s NEVER the same 😭 this most recent time my nails didn’t match the picture at all ! lol so bad . The man said they had the colors prior so of course they lied . I paid still but just won’t be going back again .
Brown nails what i wanted vs white nails what I got 😭 will never be back 😭!!!
To the owner who replied to my review if you like the white nails I’d gladly take the refund of $55 for them ☺️ was no misunderstanding the man is just lazy and I agree Lynn USUALLY does a great job.

Stopped at this place instead of my usual place. Biggest mistake ever!!!
So the tech was trying to sell me on gel polish I informed her just wanted regular polish. I guess she did not like that. She started on my pedicure first she cut my nails then started to cut the side of my nails, well she cut me. Finished one foot then went to next foot cut me again but on this foot cut me twice. Now mind you I don’t think she did it intentionally she was just a bit aggressive. She picked out the color for me because the color I did like the polish was dry so she brought another one from the back not happy with the color either. She finished with me and went on to next customer heard her say “s$$t” guess what she cut her too
Not coming back to this place, I do not recommend. On another note they should also check into sanitizing packets for the stainless steel instruments and they should really use single use files. Do not use a file on me if you used on someone else. The bubblers you use in the pedicure don’t just rinse it and use on next customer, saw that too!
Do not recommend at all!

I hardly ever write reviews but when I get great service I love to share it with everyone! Star nails is peaceful. i took my mom whom is 75 and has a hard time relaxing. Oh and did I mention she has never EVER had a good experience and I've taken her to many places. Cleburne has so many nail places but not 1 good 1. BUT STAR NAILS IS WHERE ITS AT! Leeann was so sweet and kind to both of us. She ask my mom every step of the way if she was ok. Thank u so much for showing us there is still good customer service out there.

Excellent service. Not a bad price. Busy on Saturdays. I suggest you go with a friend. The do great nails, but not small talk.
