My car is broke down, and they do great work, but I need them and all I keep getting is sorry this person has not set up a voice mailbox yet…… and I have no way to get to the shop because MY CAR IS BROKE DOWN!!!!!!!!

I recently visited Texas Auto Care due to a concerning wobble in my steering wheel and a persistent pull to the left. I was worried it might require an alignment or other extensive repairs. However, Alvin and AB were exceptional in their service. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle, identified the real issue—a bulge in my front left tire—and saved me from unnecessary expenses. Their honesty and transparency were evident, as they could have easily recommended additional work but chose to prioritize my best interests. They also informed me about some early wear on my front left wheel bearing and offered a fair price for the repair. I highly recommend Texas Auto Care for their integrity and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning for future needs.

Terrible place. Went there after I called ahead to have my ac looked at in my car and he said yeah pull up and I’ll take a look at it. I pulled up and waited 10 mins. Other cars started showin up after me and was getting pulled in right away into a bay. Terrible customer service

These guys are our new heroes! We've were camping and our truck decided not to start. My husband figured it was the starter. We had it towed and it arrived at the shop around 230. We got a call at 430 saying it was the starter. They said they'd do their best to get it replaced by 6, which is when they close. Got the call at 536 and they waited for us to get there. Reasonably priced, great service!

I did my 2019 Chevy Colorado and I had a long list of stuff that had to be done . They got it all done in one day for a great price and they did everything right I have no problems no complaints. Great service for a good

Great Shop, they have you buy the parts and they repair it. Cuts out the mystery behind giant repair bills. They are on the low side for labor, just google the repair cost and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
