The Published Page Bookshop, a book lover's dream.What a heavenly and priceless treasure. The minute you step inside The Published Page Bookshop and the aroma of books envelopes you, you know you’ve arrived at an incredibly special place. It is as if you’re stepping into a secret world, one long-lost and forgotten that does not exist any longer. Books spill from the aisles and the store overflows with literature. It’s just bursting with treasures, everything all bookshops should be, and one that rarely exists anymore. The Published Page Bookshop is not some tidy “chain” only carrying what is “popular” and “sells.” They have so many wonderful books, one can spend days combing through all the piles and shelves.I was in town for business and stumbled upon The Published Page Bookshop in historic downtown Cleburne. I didn’t even know it existed and I am so grateful I discovered it. I lost myself in it for as much as time allowed and left with an armful of books. The Published Page has so many lost and forgotten books. It truly is a gold mine for any reader. They carry titles no longer in print and other books that are difficult to find, along with antique books. You truly do not know what you might discover. As I wandered through the aisles, I found so many wonderful treasures hiding in there. They have such a vast number of unique books—more than I have ever seen. It’s incredibly rare to find a place like this one.The gentleman behind the counter was an absolute pure delight and one of the nicest people you will EVER meet. His engaging conversation was a gift within itself and makes you want to come back just to converse with him! He’s simply a pleasure.I live a couple of hours away and I cannot wait to go back. I’m driving back to Cleburne just to visit The Published Page Bookshop. I must lose myself again in that spectacular heaven. I highly recommend you do as well.

I honestly wish the place was a lot cleaner. Feels like you're stepping into a hoarder library. It does have lots of potential, though, and they were very friendly.

An amazing place for book lovers. This store is FILLED with treasures! Definitely worth stopping in to browse their massive collection of books. I will definitely be back so often, the owners will know me by name!

The lady at the front was very nice. The store had a huge variety and did have the book smell, which I love. The store itself is easy to get in and out of. The sections are labeled. There were just so many books. I doubt I even looked at a quarter of the inventory while I was there browsing.

This just happens to be my Dad's Bookstore here in Downtown Cleburne, TX on the square across from the courthouse.But I can tell you if you have a favorite book that you have been having a hard time finding, I know my Dad can more than likely help you out. He is really good at finding those rare books and or like example out of print books that you might be looking for. But I also suggest you pop your head into his actual brick and mortar store on the Square in Downtown Cleburne TX. By the way the only Brick and Mortar Bookstore in Cleburne and Johnson County.The Published Page Bookshop has a wide variety of books, magazines, vinyl records, comics, adult coloring books and some other book type accessories for sale in the shop.Oh and if you have time to stay and chat, I know my Dad would love to have a chat. He also has a good story to share.

I ordered a book on June 25th and it wasn't shipped until July 21st. That has to be the slowest shipping I have ever received. I understand there are delays but there was no contact from anyone regarding any issues. Will not purchase from them again.
