Father called during the middle of the week to get a large Landoll disc plow priced, looking to purchase asap, and was told they would check into it. Days have gone by without a returned call. I guess sales team at cleburne location are more interested in coasting into their 3 day weekend than serving their loyal long time customers. It makes it impossible to support a local branch that won’t even return a sales phone call.

Centralized Field Service Technician, Jon Czepinski, was exemplary in scheduling onsite repair service. He exhibited knowledge, professionalism, and exceptional patience explaining repairs and potential problems while performing service.

Stopped in just for some toys for a birthday present. I wasn't even acknowledge I walked in the store. Walked right by a lady sitting at the desk as you walk in and no greeting. While looking at the toys a sales man walked right past me into his office and said nothing. Then he walked out of his office and into the office next door sharing a video of his kid to the other sales man. Still no how are you or are you finding everything okay. The total lack of customer service that I was even in the store was ridiculous. I will not be spending my money here in the future due to this. Show some interest in your customers when they want to buy your products.

Great experience buying a zero turn mower from Jared. I live an hour away and he coordinated everything into one trip onsite for me. It was a smooth transaction and I went home with a new zero turn with a full tank of gas. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

These guys are great! Even though I purchased my John Deere mower at another store, they still provided outstanding professional help when I had trouble registering my new purchase. I wish I had purchased from these guys instead.

Shady business! Do not trust them to service your machines. They will break it then scrap it to hide what they did then offer nothing for compensation

If they don't have it, they'll get it. They always come up with the parts I need for my old tractor. They work well over the phone to have your parts ready before you arrive. Only one complaint; their website is hard to follow. I can never seem to find what I need myself using the website. Would like to see that changed and then maybe I could help their staff out by doing the foot work, ordering online and either pick it up at their location or ship straight to my address. Still a great business to deal with.

I always get the feeling that they think that they are doing me a favor waiting on me.They sale the hydraulic fluid and oil for my tractor, but will not take the waste oil. Almost everything is overpriced, must be because of the color green on their equipment?.
