would give 0 stars if I could. these front desk people are awful, especially the pregnant lady (didn't get her name). she was extremely rude to me and my family and I had to snap back at her for talking ugly to my mother. not to mention they neverrrrr pick up the phone. if you can, go to the Burleson location, it's 100x better.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
If I could give negative star I would. WORST customer service experience ever. I’ve been here a total of 6 times now and every time these ladies are rude and condescending. They really shouldn’t be the face of your company when it seems they don’t want to do the job. She literally huffs and puffs like a child when I asked her to scan my QR code form the phone. If you don’t like your job LEAVE!! No excuse to treat your community so poorly. I have literal anxiety attacks coming to this place knowing the treatment I am about to receive. 0 out of 10 deliver the mail yourself unless you want to be put down and made to feel lesser then.

I have seen the clerks at this post office cussed out because they don’t provide pieces of tape! They sell tape, therefore they cannot give away tape. How is it their fault if you show up unprepared? Tape it up, label it and you can mail it. It’s that simple! They are very nice and helpful if you can just do your part!

I was worried from all the negative reviews on here but had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and took care of all my needs in a very timely manner. I came in behind about 8 other people and was done within 10 minutes! Everyone working was very polite and great to work with.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The employees are extremely rude, act like they hate their job, and have absolutely no respect or customer service skills. If you need assistance with shipping out anything, I highly recommend you go elsewhere because the front desk WILL NOT assist you here. Instead they will belittle you for not knowing how to do their job, and then act like they don’t know how to do their job simply because they don’t want to help you out.

Had a great experience applying for passports for my two children here. The staff were all super friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. The only downside was that they didn’t have any printed DS-11 forms available—I had to go to Bennett Printing nearby to get copies printed (12 cents per page). Other than that, everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

I had an appointment to renew my passport because I recently got married and I arrived 20 mins early. It says online you can either mail in all your stuff or you can renew it in person. When we got there it wasn't busy and we were next in line. I told her why I was there and she told us to go sit and wait. Didn't ask for my documents or ask me any questions so I could explain what I was doing or ensure I filled out the correct paperwork. Then after 5-10 mins she asks if I filled out the application and then I got to explain what I was doing. She just said I had to mail it in. I told her I know it states I can but it also states I can do it in person and she said no I had to mail it in. I called another location and asked and they said I could infact do it in person. She just didn't want to help us. That was clear from the moment we got there and then she tried to say she only had 10 mins to do it which I feel shouldn't matter when I had an appointment and in fact had all of my paperwork including the picture from my last passport and it wasnt even busy. It was the older blonde lady. If she's so unhappy with her job she needs to find a new one.
