I usually go to post office and the people there are really nice but today there was a lady with blonde hair ( I didn't get her name) that made me feel unwelcome she acted like she hated being there and like she didn't want to deal with me or anyone it was just a really bad experience.

The workers at this post office are so rude! We came in to get a key for our mailbox and the girl at front with blonde and black hair gave us an ugly look and was having an attitude as if I was dumb! Then I walk away after her telling me I need my lease. The other orange hair lady goes to her and starts asking her what I wanted and I still stayed in there during that conversation and they stared at me and laughed.. so unprofessional !!!! They don't need to be working there !

Worst customer service ever! Had an appointment for passport services. The line was out the door. Missed my appointment time due to waiting in line. The lady with the black and blonde hair is super rude and not accommodating. Needless to say, you have to be stern to get your services done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE ENCOUNTER. From the moment you walk in they immediately make you feel like if you’re incompetent. Get mad with any type of question you ask. Their credit card machine was down and on top I had to go get cash at the bank and they were mad ???? Like hello it’s me having to take an extra trip in this 110 heat because of you and you are still mad. I don’t understand why these women work there if they don’t like their freaking job. I Left there with a knot in my stomach from just dealing with their attitude.

Give this Post Office a big miss! Do yourself a favor and drive to Godley to mail anything! Great customer service over there, not like the nasty, sour old ladies at Cleburne that hate their job and life too it seems! They know they can get away with being rude and nasty because it's a government job where they aren't held accountable and they know they aren't going anywhere!

WORST P.O. I have ever been too! They sell USPS money orders that you are suppose to be able to cash at any post office. Yet, I have been to this location 4 times today and told that they don’t have $288 to cash their own money order which is a SERVICE they offer! Ridiculous! Another one of Cleburne, Texas trash holes!

Rude employees who refuse to help anyone or problem solve. Delivered a passport to the wrong address. Would not even look up the tracking number to find out what happened and just said "sorry." Had to go to Alvarado post office to get answers. Worst agency and employees in Cleburne. They should all be fired and start over!!

Three stars due to only one friendly employee. His name is Phillip, and he works at the front counter. He has excellent customer service. Thank you, sir. I appreciate good service. Now ...to the Post master, could it be possible for mail to be sent to the correct locations and possibly in a timely manner ? Mistakes @ the Cleburne post office happen so very often , to often . Please consider quality assurance or help to get things done correctly. THANK YOU

As an employeed person, I cannot usually get to PO during business hours. I have utilized the self service machine for years, on average monthly. This week a pkg was returned to me for insufficient postage. The machine calculated & printed postage, so I was baffled. I entered the PO and spoke to clerk and rather than investigating or empathizing w me, he said. Well, you did it wrong. I explained my experience in using machine & never having this happen in all these YEARS. Then he said, "You abused the system."I had always been treated w respect until today. What was clearly a 5×7 envelope, 1/2" thick, he said was a "package". The kiosk has photos of various sized "envelopes" and where it says "package" ONLY has brown BOXES pictured. This should be clarified rather than accusing a loyal patron of abusing the system. Also the fact that the large pkg drop area has been out of order for MONTHS nullifies the point of convenience. Thankful for Cleburne Shipping just around the corner!

Terrible workers I went to pick up a package and they told me it wasn’t there so I went 2 hours later and some how it magically appeared. Workers always have an attitude and seem like they don’t want to do anything.

Since living here for 11 years, I have had the same rude lady blonde middle- age maybe older. She will find ways not to help you rather than to help and seems to enjoy being rude. However, one time a decent looking man came in and she immediately perked up and poured on the sugar. I've given this place 11 years before posting this and it's come to my conclusion she hates her job and needs to retire early.

Of the many times I have visited my local post office I haven't had any major issues. Sure the lines are long at times, especially when after the car crashed through the window shutting our post office down for a day or so, then opening up again with less window service space. It wasn't their fault. The clerks and I always have friendly banter. The only issue I had (have) with the post office is their calling system. I sometimes spend over 6 or more minutes trying to get the recorded service to recognize my reason for calling. IF there was an option to speak with a clerk from the start I'd be much happier! Overall they deserve my 5 star rating. Just be patient and all good things will come to you.

I tried to use the kiost but still had to get in line. Waited for the three super hard working energetic custonwr friendly postal workers (yeah right) to finish with their customers.Because the kiost spits out a label I didn't have the address on the box. Not the 1st time.I or others write it at the counter. This Heffer. I mean postal woman told m.e I had to get out of line and get back behind 5 other people to pay them to ship a box after writing the address. The address. Not a letter to Grandma an address on a box.I left and went to the shipping store around the corner. For a small town they are very rude in thst post office. With exception of the man of color with the glasses. He's always pleasant.I am absolutely certain that everyone with this same address add issue is turned away. How many of you have written something at the post office counter? It appeared they were being supervised by a woman at the 1st desk. She not only observed what happened she watched me leave voicing my displeasure. It doesn't seem like The USPS Cleburne care about customers service at all. Without the customers there's no need for your service.BE BETTER PEOPLE Cleburne postal workers.

Thanks for driving past our house and our neighbor’s house instead of delivering our mail.

The self service postage machine feels like it spends more time down than working. So many times I've stopped by and it's down for maintenance, scale not working, or postage says unavailable. I went by tonight and it said installing updates. I came back later and it was finished, tried to mail a package and it says service unavailable. I work during the day and the inside closes before I get there, so I wish they could keep this machine working or maybe get a second one so hopefully one will be available if the other isn't.
